Ibis Budget Dijon Saint Apollinaire

Clean quietwarm room. However, we were woken a number of times through the night by fan noise from other rooms' toilets - so had a disturbed night. Reception was very crowded and social distancing not followed. The receptionist was protected by a screen but customers were not...... Not all wore masks. Snack food available on site but no restaurants within walking distance were available when we visited, despite what was published on the website. But is was cheap!!!

Arriving at 4pm last Saturday we were allocated a room on the second floor. It was immediately apparent the although the bed had been made, the floor needed sweeping and on checking the toilet cubicle, there was a used bath towel draped over the toilet and a small pool of damp urine on the floor. I took pictures and returned to the desk where, after seeing the photos and offering no reaction or sniff of an apology, we were merely allocated a second room. This second room reeked of tobacco smoke as soon as we opened the door so we returned once more, same indifference and a further room allocated which turned out to be the usual Ibis Budget standard we expect. Equally dismaying as the state of the first 2 rooms was the utter indifference of the member of staff. No apology, no reaction whatsoever. Had we not travelled 600km and had arrived earlier in the day, we would have walked off and found somewhere else. We usually give hotels a second chance but not this one.

Facile d’accès sur la route des vacances. Personnel très agréable et accueillant. La chambre disponible tôt. Parking aisé et terrasse. La chambre petite mais propre literie confortable, le bruit de l’autoroute ne s’entend pas. Possibilité de produits locaux sur place et jeux pour enfants. L’évier dans la chambre comme la douche pas de coin sdb et ke wc peut isoler… Mais idéal pour 1 nuit bon rapport qualité prix

Franchement pas top porte de wc qui ne se ferme pas (qui était à la base aimanté) et niveau intimité horrible car porte qui ne descend pas jusqu’en bas. Chambre petite obliger d’ouvrir pour pas avoir la vapeur de la douche dans la pièce. Crépi dans les wc à éviter surtout pour les crados et que vous devez passer derrière. Bref tv qui fonctionne mais pas sur tout les chaînes et c est tout!! La pomme de douche impossible de l’incliner sauf si vous longer les parois de la douche bref très inconfortable pour se laver les cheveux. Je ne reviendrai pas ça c est sur

Sehr sauber, alles ordentlich, funktionierende Klimaanlage, sehr freundliches Personal! Großartiger Aufenthalt!

Je dirais… hôtel moyen. Accueil correct. Les chambres sont plutôt décevantes. Le lavabo dans la chambre ce n’est pas top. La porte des WC n’est pas très luxueuse. C’est le moins qu’on puisse dire. Petit déjeuner archi complet. On a dû revenir une demi-heure après. Qualité moyenne. Le parking est grand. C’est un point positif. A priori, nous ne sommes pas sûr de revenir.
