This property is very convenient and has a terrific staff (aside from housekeeping). It caters to local trades people and would be nice if they were located away from visiting tourists in a specific wing, as they arise very early (4:00 am) and the wood hallways makes for a noisy morning. The adjacent restaurant again is well staffed with some excellent offerings ie burgers! Overall, this hotel is in need of an update…..immediately.

We arrived about 9:30 pm , got to our room #100 bathroom sink did not drain and bathroom door looked like it has not been cleaned for a while. We were tired and just wanted to get some sleep and we were only staying for one night so we did not say anything to anyone

The Property was dated. Hallway carpets dirty and there was an odd smell. The toilet quit working, and a piece of the wooden mirror frame fell off the wall in the middle of the night. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool/hot tub area was nice. The breakfast included was outstanding.

Safe and clean, but the staff was not at the counter either on check-in or check-out. No receipt.
Also didn't get a wifi code on check-in, but was required to log in.

good hotel. rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. the WIFI (5-6 MB per second) was extremely slow. loved the restaurant and bar.

We have been staying at this hotel for 10+ years, every Feb-March to visit family. Sadly, it has gone downhill. The final straw was our March 2024 visit. We stayed in room 129. It looked like it had not been used for a while (dusty) and bathroom was disgusting. See photos and judge for yourself.

Property overall looks tired and needs updated. The hallways upstairs are dark, smell and need a deep clean. Service at front desk was slow and hard to get help. Front desk person not super friendly and appeared put out to have to come and take care of customers. The breakfast area was nice and a step up from a continental breakfast with table service.

I really like the breakfast burrito at this hotel. But the first morning I ordered it they forgot the amazing salsa which comes with. I should have insisted on it!

The hotel was magnificent. Couldnt ask for a better place to stay. The hotel was clean anything we asked for they succeed. We will definitely be staying at the hotel again.
