The Oberoi Sukhvilas Spa Resort, New Chandigarh

My recent stay at oberoi was an experience to remember for life. The hospitality was top notch. They gave such attentive service which was amazing throughout the stay. Every member of the team went extra miles for my comfort ,making me feel genuinely valued. Highly appreciated Nikhil’s from the front desk who ensured all our needs are met and looked after us. Sumedha from housekeeping did a fantastic job and was very warm. Since we were travelling with an infant, they took utmost care and use to send new toys and takeaways to the room everyday for little one. Even the kids club was really good. My kid enjoyed bird feeding and swimming a lot. And food was exceptional! It was the best Indian cuisine I have had. Chef arindam and chef Saurabh are magicians. Chef prasheek and chef munish were so helpful and ensured all our dietary needs are met well. Samiran, neeraj and himanshu are the best restaurant team and took amazing care of our needs. Overall oberoi sukhvilas delivered experience that was beyond our expectations. We being luxury travelers, would definitely rate this one of the top stays we have had so far. Surely coming back for this one. In absolute awe of it ❤️

Perfect comfortable stay. Perfect Food. Perfect Hospitality and a very helpful and humble staff. We went there for our Wedding Anniversary and they made it super special. All thanks to the Oberoi Sukhvilas team especially Kritika from Kannan Restaurant & Priyanjali from Front Desk Office who made our Stay super special. You will find lots of Peacocks, Turkey and other farm animals in and around the resort. I will surely recommend my Friends, Family & relatives to stay at Oberoi Sukhvilas and Infact any other Oberoi Property in short. After experiencing such wonderful hospitality from Oberoi, i may think about Oberoi as my first preferance wherever i will be vacationing.

A big part of this was the remarkable Ms. Mami. We have known her from The Oberoi Cecil, and seeing her again was like reconnecting with family. She leads with such grace and sincerity—always setting the tone for the team with her incredible attention to detail and warmth. We could truly feel her leadership in every thoughtful gesture and in the way every team member made us feel special. It’s no wonder she has such a lasting impact on everyone she meets.

I had the best experience of luxury at sukhvillas. The staff and the property gave new meanings to pampering yourself. Each and every adjective defining the property and its hospitality is worthy and true. Luxury couldnt have been better.

The most wonderful stay in a true colonial Indian style hotel ... The staff here are amazing the most humble and kind caring people Iv met. Thank you team Oberoi. Like always, you stole our hearts and swept us off our feet with your exceptional hospitality. The world needs to know that the benchmark you set is impossible to match, let alone beat. We were here to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and it’s just amazing the pain Oberoi team took to make it special for her. The day we checked in, our room was beautifully decorated with a small cake as her pre-birthday surprise. On her birthday, the celebration for her started on the breakfast table, with Mami and team sending her a beautiful cake, followed by a beautiful art decor set as a gift for her. Team Riya and Shivam went next to floor her with another decor in the room, team IRD sent another cake and specially curated menu. We went for a quiet dinner in the evening, only to find a beautiful gift waiting for our daughter from Swati Thapa and team Front Office. The team at the porch was equally amazing. My car’s battery drained and the team made sure it was not only jump started but it doesn’t give me trouble again. It’s just amazing how good this team is. I often joke with hotel staff that hospitality is the most difficult job in the world and I am amazed how these guys do it with a smile, even when the guests may not be the most pleasant people to deal with. At Oberoi, they are made different to take the experience several notches above. Kudos and you will always have our business
