Room condition is not good / floor not clean wall not cleans. All room pictures is showing good condition

Mr amit at reception was arrogant and i had to call the police to sort out the things. . Food was way worse than it could be. And also room amenities were of minimalistic level. Ac not working
the washroom was clogged with water and full of cockroaches. The toilet was out of water

Most pathetic stay i have ever had and also break fast is also we had in pathetic way. I will recommend make my trip to ban this hotel
