The main house features a large living room with a 58” TV, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7), 2 full baths, large dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen with separate coffee bar. The adjacent guest house has 1 bedroom (sleeps 3) with 1 full bath (shower) and a fully-equipped kitchen newly-renovated in June 2021 . The house includes a huge driveway that can accommodate up to 8 vehicles. Additional on-street parking is available. A whole-house water softener provides good tasting, soft water throughout. Some starter coffee pods and welcome snacks will be available on arrival. A washer & dryer are available, as well as a charcoal grill, one bike and toddler trailer, pack and play (2), play yard, high chair, cornhole, beach chairs and assorted children's toys. There is also an Uppababy Cruz Stroller with Piggyback Platform available for use (stored in the dining room closet). The property is immaculately cleaned by professionals before each guest arrives. A computer monitor, keyboard, HP Laserjet P3015 printer and Scansnap S510 scanner (all wired) are available in the house. (No paper or technical assistance included). Wi-Fi and smart TVs (with Roku or Amazon Firestick systems) are also included. A 30 amp RV outlet is available for an additional daily charge.
