Hotel Oasi di Kufra

Weekend di relax a Novembre con clima ancora piacevole. Colazione e SPA sono state di nostro gradimento, così come la pulizia e i servizi offerti dalla struttura. Il fatto che sia fronte mare è un grande vantaggio!

Ho alloggiato nella parte fronte lago, devo dire ristrutturata da poco e molto bella , la Posizione è ottima e le camere sono nuova , l’unica nota negativa secondo il mio parere è che la struttura dispone di una bellissima piscina ma che usufruire di questo servizio va pagato un ingresso di 30€, posso capire se sei un esterno ma se ospite dell’hotel credo che il servizio debba essere incluso , inoltre l’aria condizionata è gestita unicamente dalla reception quindi per attaccare e staccare devi chiamare . La pulizia delle stanze non è proprio così attenta , mi è capitato di trovare capelli in stanza .

So far, horible! We have just arrived. The only information we've got is - "the room is not ready until 4 pm." It is 11 am. Two ladies at the recepcion are avoiding us. We've been told zero information on hotel, not even where a rest room is. Service is horible. Wi-fi is not working, we can"t go to toilete, wash hands after hours of traveling, we've not been told on hotel amenities or anything where we can go or do for the next 5 hours, at least. So disapointing!!! We are sitting in the lobby with all our luggage... 4*???? Not even one!!!

On the Italian coast, there is a nice hotel with a great setting. We enjoyed a delicious sea fruit meal. With additional fish and meat specialties, as well as a variety of various cut fruits, the breakfast buffet might be somewhat enhanced. There was a built-in kitchen in mine, and the rooms were cozy and spotlessly clean.

This place came highly recommended but our stay there was nothing short of a disaster. Where did this place get its 4starts and how it’s a baffling mystery to me and my family. We were booked there for a week (me, my toddler and my parents) and ended up fleeing on the second day. The structure is far bigger and more chaotic than expected, and what we saw of it was run down and in need of maintenance or better yet, a complete refurb. The rooms were cavernous and awfully decorated, the bed one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in my nearly 40 years, the service - albeit delivered by friendly staff - was overall poor. From the lack of care and attention to the food (clearly cooked in humongous quantities and rarely freshly made) to the waiters constant confusion, to the crowded and chaotic beach and lack of a beach kiosk deserving of its name: it’s a place to avoid at all costs. But the most disgraceful aspect of our stay - and the thing that made us run for our lives and hastily look for an alternative accommodation during the busiest summer week in Italy - was the CONSTANT NIGHTTIME ENTERTAINMENT, piano bar karaoke and awful disco went on until 3am - in a place that caters mainly to families (!!!!!!!!!!!!) I was barricaded in my room as my toddler was thankfully sleeping since 10pm and I had to chose to melt in one of the hottest weeks this year to achieve a slightly less aggressive noise pollution from the partying going on mere meters away - multiple times I had been on the verge to call the cops. More then a holiday a (short) trip to hell. AVOID IF YOU SEEK RELAX
