從來不評論，除非非常生氣！😡😡😡 在攜程上訂這家酒店的時候，顯示的是1.5米大床房雙人間，那意思不就是默認支持兩個人入住嗎？訂單顯示如果需要額外加床需要+10OMR，那既然是雙人間，我就不需要加床，睡一張床就好了，結果到了酒店告訴我這個房間僅支持一人入住，如果需要兩個人入住，需要加錢10OMR合人民幣200一晚一個人，兩晚400人民幣，前台給出的説法就是我沒有在訂單上備註需要兩個人入住，所以默認是一個人入住，所以現在需要加錢，我説那訂單顯示的是雙人間啊？最後額外加了15OMR入住成功合人民幣300。不包含餐食也沒加床😡最後一句題外話：在此之前，我看了好幾遍訂單，確認是雙人間，並沒有看到僅支持一人入住的字眼，但是當我到達酒店辦理入住的時候，僅支持一人入住的字樣，在非常顯眼的訂單的位置，我不懂是我真的看漏了還是….？🙄️

Good to stay here. Enjoying good food and gym and amenities good staff I am staying 4 days here I enjoying very much. Hotel location is not far away from muscat airport. If you have any work in Ruwi you stay here all main location are near by HHH. My recommendation stay tune with HHH.

Overall happy with the stay at Haffa house, room was good with good bed, toiletries, towels, staff was good, even they provided wheelchair assist to my mother who can't walk..Good staff and management, Morning breakfast provided too was super good, with variety of choices

There is a shesha ( hookha) resturant callled samahram inside the hotel , good place but every summer we styruggle with poor aircondition tooo hot inside, been like that for many years this issue need to be fixed asap Been complaining no use.

Amazing experience! Facility was brand new every thing was perfect . The appartment was furnished as per all the needs of any family, staff was very nice and humble, the hospitality was great … simplify i felt there like my brand new home or vications.

Professional staff providing good service. Policy need to be a bit flexible. I asked to warm some food that I have and they refused. I didn't call me back. They left the subject open...................................................

Nice place to stay. Different from staying in a cookie cutter mass produced hotel. This place has character and an old world charm. Staff is very helpful and friendly and always attentive. Food at the four seasons restaurant, could have a few more vegetarian options. It's quite heavy (traditional north Indian) but could do with some good healthy options upgrade. Overall a great experience, and will surely visit again.

Haffa house may be modest in its star rating, but it shines brightly thanks to its outstanding staff, patrons the two front desk gentleman who made our stay truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality by Altamash and Mansur. Their friendly smiles and genuine interest ensuring our comfort immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. Throughout our visit Mansur and Altamash went above and beyond to assist us with any requests or inquiries, they elevates it to a level far beyond its rating. Their exceptional professionalism, personalized service, we left with fond memories of our stay and a deep appreciation for the outstanding service provided by these two gentlemen. We are coming randomly every week. Despite of staying in different rooms during our visit, we consistently encountered disappointing issues with the shower rooms. The erratic fluctuations in water temperature persisted across different rooms, making it impossible to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing shower. As repeat guest, its pains us to express such consistent disappointment with the shower rooms. We sincerely hope that the management takes proactive measures address some issues and priorities the unkeep of the rooms to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.
