The most disgusting hotel ever. I will be in touch with more details. ******* needs to remove this hotel from their website immediately. They put my family on the second floor and there is no elevator. You have to carry your baggage up steps. The room was the dirtiest room I ever seen. Absolutely terrible.

The staff was great. But the hotel was dirty and rundown. In an emergency I would stay there again, but only if all other hotels in the area were full.

Very low quality building with much needed fixing up and cleaning up needed. From peeling ceiling paint to multiple drip stains and tub in bathroom, window did not lock closed so found a stick outside to place in window track to block from opening on first floor. I could go on but the people running it were nice.

The room was absolutely filthy. I didn't even shower as the tub was so nasty. Bedspread covered with coffee stains and stains on the sheets. I would have been much better off sleeping in my car! I can't believe I paid for the room!

Only one lightbulb in the room worked, we had to get some from the front desk to install ourselves. It was dirty, and some of the outlets didnt work. It served it's purpose as a place to sleep for our stay, but i would not return.

Good value but the room needed attention. Bathroom could use a good cleaning. Ceiling had old water leaks. Curtains were broken. Bed was clean an comfortable.

Very disappointed with my stay. First of all after arriving and speaking with the gentleman, he acted like we had not already paid for a reservation and was trying to get information for us as far as what we want and we had to tell him what we paid for. He advise us not to go through the software next time. After finally getting what we pay for which was the suite. The room was very dirty and only one heating system work, and when I went to wash my hands, all the water went on the floor since the plumbing was missing. We went back to the desk to see him, and we caught him urinating with his door open. He had to excuse himself as we waited for him to come back to the office. He could not find us another suite after we had paid, we had to settle for a regular room for the price we paid at that time we were so tired didn’t matter. The hallways were smelly and dirty, and at the end we decided to skip breakfast, and we departed as early as possible that we could get out of there and will never return.

This place is a real joke....the professionalism is very poor. The owner came in the eating area yelling at me that i couldnt have a the light breakfast that they have here because i booked through ******* for my booking.....had a email stating that there was a breakfast from 6 to 9 am for guest....and nothing being said otherwise. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I had booked another 2 nights and canceled as quick as i could get back into my room. I will never look this way again muchless book a room. No one is at the desk....ring a bell and they come from a room upstairs. This place is truly not worth staying. Close the doors if this is how you speak to your guest.

Just plain gross. The pictures online were a total catfish. Lobby was nice and front desk clerk was pleasant, but that’s about it. Run down, smelled of cigarettes and reeked of ****. Doors to outside had caution tape on them. The sink wouldn’t drain. And the “free breakfast” was a total joke. Some tiny bagels and gross cereal.
