A tranquil cabin adventure starts here.Within a few minutes’ drive, you can head to local hiking trails, bike trails, ski resorts, Arrowhead Lake, or stay for a little fun in the game room.As you arrive, you have two vehicle parking space in the property. There is a keyless entry with a preassigned entry code. As you walk in, you are greeted by a woodburning fireplace that leads to an open space layout. In the main floor you will find one bedroom and a full bathroom. In the living room there is a 55' smart TV with an Amazon fire stick, to enjoy shows and movies. As you make your way to the bottom level, you will find half a bathroom along with two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has been converted into a game room with a full-size futon. The second bedroom offers a dedicated workspace in case you need to get work done. Note, light construction to the East side of the cabin. Power outages, while infrequent, can occur in this region. This home is not equipped with a backup generator at the moment. We recommend guests come prepared with firewood and other essentials for comfort during unexpected interruptions. In case of an outage, we have flashlight for your use.Kindly note that we do not offer refunds or discounts due to power, Wi-Fi, or weather-related outages. Description of main floor: Bedroom #2 has a California King-size bed.Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed. The full Bathroom #2 has Jacuzzi bathtub #2 and dual shower heads. The entire main floor has new, genuine Hickory hardwood floors with brand-new furniture and Knotty Alder wood cabinets in the kitchen which is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishware, spices, and a basic pantry. The living room has a wood-burning brick fireplace. Bask in cheery sunshine and beautiful sunsets through the huge windows with views through the trees. It feels like you're in a treehouse! From the main floor, downstairs is Bedroom #4 with a double bed, and Bathroom #3, a half bath, and a game room with bunk beds (a queen bed on bottom and a twin on top. Enjoy the outdoors and BBQ on the 400-square-foot deck with Adirondack lounge chairs as well as eating/game table and chairs. This home is super easy to get to, even during the snow season, with no long, narrow, steep, dangerous roads to travel. It is only several homes away from Highway 18, and is normally one of the first streets plowed after snowfall. Let the family sleep in and walk 1 minute to LuluBelle's Coffee House and Bakery and bring back amazing coffee, bakery items and breakfast sandwiches! The cafe also has an EV charger.1-minute drive to the village of Running Springs with a full grocery store and fresh-cut meat department. Or take a 2-minute walk to the Village Market on Hwy 18 grocery items, liquor, etc. An oversized smart washer and oversized smart dryer for your use. Game room with lots of games, and large back yard for the kids to run around in! Professionally cleaned to the very highest standards. We only charge the guest $45 for the cleaning, but we pay $285 per stay for cleaning because we use the best cleaning service on the mountain comprised of professional cleaners who use the highest enhanced cleaning standards available, sanitizing every touched surface in the home, so you know you are staying in the cleanest home on the mountain. 4 fire extinguishers, two first aid kits, and one brand-new choking hazard removal kit, made especially for children.
