High Country Lodge

This is a hidden gem! It’s the kind of place that you really are able to experience nature. You don’t get that from a hotel. Upon arrival we walked in and were immediately stunned at how clean, neatly put together & cozy the cabin was. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. They have everything you need in your cabin. My family of 4 was relieved that we were able to cook meals to avoid going out to eat every time we were hungry. They have all the cooking utensils you’ll need, a fridge/freezer, keurig (they so thoughtfully put out teas/coffees & sweeteners) microwave & a kitchen table for us to eat around. Meal times are so sacred to us. We love to talk about our days around a table with good food. The scenery is unlike anything I’ve ever witnessed. As I mentioned you are so close to nature. There are attractions for the whole family just right around the corner. It’s very conveniently located. There is not a shortage of entertainment. I’ve never stayed at a place that had a full game room, tennis court, basket ball court & lounge areas. It was really fun! It will exceed your expectations. I can’t stress enough how comfortable our stay was at High Country Lodge! We will 100% be back & recommend it to our friends and family. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
