Very poor nights stay. Hotel was in a poor state outside. Cigerette ends every where. Doors hard to open with an invalid chair

No locks on room maintenance door and no locks on the toilet door either. The room was clean and tidy

Convenient location. After a long day at Alton Tower's Scarefest it was ideal. It was close to the M6 and we actually passed the Hotel on the way. We found a lovely garden centre nearby too

Good location good staff awful hotel never again will stick to premier inns much nicer , rooms not maintained and stained room smells, bathroom door no lock ,don’t like you can’t lock bedroom door from inside all lights on one switch with bathroom one in the middle so not fun when children go to toilet in the middle of the night turn the wrong one on and wake everyone up

.Very easy to check-in and easy access to room and 24hr staff if needed. Will definitely be using them again soon

Our stay was what you expect from Travelodge - good price, comfortable and clean, no frills but has what you need. I feel this kind of place is good for short visits if you’re not looking to spend lots (although oddly, my brother needed a single occupancy room, but still I could only seem to book a family size room for him - he paid the same price as my room, which had my husband and I and our 10 year old son). I do miss having the option of a decent breakfast, you can order a breakfast bag though but it just didn’t really appeal to me, but burger king and subway are nearby for food if you’re ok with that kind of food! It is also next to a petrol station with a small shop which is handy, it has some basics eg toiletries if you’ve forgotten something. No lift, so if you’re disabled ask if you can get a ground floor room. We forgot! But you do get value for money here, clean and comfortable with good size rooms, we had a good night sleep.
