First of all, I'm not going to book this hotel again, but this does not mean it is that bad. I will just highlight pros and cons and share some advice on how to deal with the cons if you stay there. Pros: - The staff is very polite and helpful. We faced no rude behavior or unwillingness to help at all. Moreover, I found their actions and dialogue manner very professional. - The location is quite convenient if you are traveling by car and Ljubljana is not the heart of your journey. -there is garden hose with clean water and wasching place for your dirty bikes or sport equipment, free of charge. -free efortless parking with license plates recognition, worked like a charm. The parking lot is open though, so mind finding the shade on summer days. -breakfast was quite decent and of good quality. -the AC worked great and very efficient. Cons: -the hotel has slogan "eat, sleep, work". But there is no SLEEP there! One side of the hotel - quite busy road with cars driving almost on the height of 1 floor with no any sound barriers. Another side face railway. Both noise sources are in ~20m away from your room's windows. And knowing this from the start owners didn't bother to put normal thick window frames! It is just cheapest 2-glass system that just cant block train honk and cars noises. And personnel is pretty aware of the problem, i can say this from our dialogs. -trains "should not honk after 10pm", but they actually do. The lattest train on sunday-night was around ~1:05am pushing us out of the dream N times... -there is no sound insulation in the room. We constantly heard weird clicking sounds in the wall (i assume, that was light switches from the neighbor room), and chatting/walking was pretty noticeable. Especially when the tourists bus arrived late evening after 10pm and everyone started to settle down in their rooms. So, i found the place completely unsuitable if you plan to have a rest there. To minimize the problem, you can use good ear plugs (personnel had no ones, when i asked for any sort of solution in the midnight). Another piece of advice: do not try to sleep before 1am, unless you are fast in falling asleep and nothing can pull you back afterwards.
