Recommend!
I felt very well, in 1min walking distance there are 2 Michelin rated restaurants. Would book again!

A perfect B&B model
Quality stay in a high quality accomadation. Great bed, bathroom and sitting area all quality furnishings in a high quality building. A one night rest that re energized.

We have been privileged to stay in many different types of accommodation in our travels but B & B Ermellina surpaases them all. The warmth of the welcome, the beautifully-curated decor, the home-made food at breakfast, the facilities, the charming and friendly town of Rubiera - they all combine to offer one an outstanding, personal experience. We wholeheartedly recommend a stay with Francesca in her wonderful B & B. You will not regret it.

We came to Rubiera to eat at Arnaldo and were looking for a place to stay overnight! Ermellina was a GREAT discovery! Small structure BUT extremely comfortable rooms and great Hosts Francesca and her mother! Very clean! Super home made breakfast and they can even arrange pasta making classes for guests,if booked! I greatly rwcommend this place and the pasta making class if around Modena

We were so lucky to find Ermellina. We didn’t find many great options for hotels around Modena when we were planning our visit to Emilia-Romagna, either very expensive or not very good quality, but we wanted to stay nearby since it was very central to other places we were visiting like Bologna and Parma. Well Francesca’s B&B is much higher quality for much less $$. The rooms are very nicely decorated, comfortable, nice bathroom and shower, and she is such a great host! Doing a cooking class with her - which is really an amazing experience - something you must do when you stay with her. Rubiera is also such a pretty little town that we can’t wait to come back and visit again, hopefully soon. Not the first place you think to visit when going to Italy but this is somewhere we’ll never forget.

Ermellina è un piccolo gioiello a Rubiera. Le camere sono spaziose, silenziose e davvero ben arredate, con tanti dettagli curati. La colazione è un piacere, tra dolci fatti in casa e prodotti freschi. Francesca è un’ospite attenta e gentile. Un’ottima base per esplorare la zona tra Modena e Reggio Emilia.

Von der Inhaberin persönlich, mit viel Liebe zu Details perfekt geführtes Hotel. Alle Räume mit Vintage-Möbeln sorgfältig ausgestattet und alles passend abgestimmt. Sehr sauber und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Sehr zentrale Lage. Ein Bijou.

Si tratta di un piccolo Hotel, poche camere, nel centro di Rubiera, adiacente l’altrettanto famoso ristorante Arnaldo. Si trova appena dentro il perimetro della zona ZTL quindi facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dopo avere parcheggiata l’auto nei tanti posteggi circostanti. Ho dormito in una camera ampia, ben arredata, silenziosa nonostante il centro città, dotata di un bagno moderno con un ampio set di cortesia. La colazione viene servita in un gradevole spazio soggiorno che dà accesso a un simpatico terrazzino. È un albergo non molto adatto a persone con difficoltà motoria in quanto si accede alle camere dopo aver salito una ventina di scalini che iniziano subito dopo la porta di ingresso e non c’è modo di evitarle.
