Premier Inn Leamington Spa Town Centre

I checked in and the bed had multiple long hairs on top of the duvet. I took photos and went back to the check in desk and requested another room and it felt like I was bothering the lady on the front desk! Customer service and attitude towards the situation could have been a lot better. She said, "maybe it was the cleaners hair" and nothing else was said towards the situation, she just handed me another key card and said "it's on the same floor". I had to request my Wi-Fi password and receipt back from her as I gave her all my check-in documents back when I requested another room and she just handed them over with nothing else said. It's a shame about the lack of customer service or it felt like selective levels of service towards different guests. Could be a bit nicer towards guests. Overall, good stay. The beds are very comfortable and the steak and the staff members in the restaurant were both excellent!

Stayed at this Premier Inn due to it's location close to the church where I was attending a family wedding, but it is perfectly positioned to explore Leamington Spa town centre. I received a friendly walm welcome from Ellis on reception. Early check-in was not available at the time but this was resolved within the hour. The room was clean & comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was great. Powerful and hot. As expected, the beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast the following morning at the Bar & Block, attached to the Premier Inn, was delicious and plentiful. Overall a good choice of Premier Inn.

Ann was absolutely 5* when checking in she was so helpful and made us feel so welcome. We had a great time and even more we had such a laugh with Ann. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the are a most certainly would return myself.

Great central location.Friendly welcome from the receptionist on duty.Spacious hotel with good sized rooms.The bathroom was grimy and needed a deep clean.The shower curtain smelt dirty and mold around grout , sealant and behind taos.First time we have every had cleanliness issues with premier inn.Fantastic breakfast space and usual high quality breakfast.

I was really impressed with this Premier Inn. If you are considering this or the other affordable chain hotel in Leamington, the Premier Inn is the best by a very long way. Staff were polite and helpful and stored my luggage securely as I arrived before check-in and didn’t want to pay to check in early. The room was really fresh and clean and had been really well designed. The curtain rail had an overlap so light didn’t get in. There was a nice seating area with a mirror and hairdryer, a desk, wardrobe, coat hooks, armchair etc. The walk-in shower was fantastic and had a separate hand-held hairwash spray. There was clever lighting that meant if you got up at night you could use a less bright light in the bathroom. TV was well-positioned to watch in bed. I had the higher level of room and was impressed with the refreshments- Nespresso coffees, tea, Green &Black chocolate. Also mineral water in the fridge. Baylis and Harding toiletries were a nice touch too. The hotel is very handy for everything in town. I have to say I slept better here than I ever have at more expensive hotels. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the room was nice and dark. Despite being on the Parade, it was also very quiet. Thank you for an excellent stay!

The Receptionist when we arrived was the most unpleasant either of us had experienced in 50 odd years of stays away from home. Work on the computer was more important than helping guests. When she did deign to acknowledge our presence it was in a very unwilling manner. All other staff were friendly and helpful
