Premier Inn London Greenwich

Very close to the train. Not such a nice part of town. Very clean room and nice hotel staff. Comfortable bed.

Amazing location right next to train and DLR stations so central London is 10 minutes away by train. Short walk to area full of restaurants, bars and shops. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again when I'm coming to London.

We stayed in an accessible room 2 weeks ago. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The receptionist was so helpful and welcoming. We also had a traditional English breakfast the next day and it was freshly cooked and delicious. The coffee is excellent! Although there is scaffolding outside the hotel it did not in any way spoil our stay.

it was our third time staying at this Premier Inn, which is a perfect location for exploring Greenwich and going to the O2. This time we arrived early to drop our bags off, but the room was already available so we were able to check-in immediately. We'll stay there again when next in that area.

So I pulled into the underground garage having seen plenty of signage indicating that Premier parking was available - see attached images. At the check-in, I showed a couple of images of where I'd parked to the receptionist to check this was ok. She informed me that there was NO Premier parking in the garage, although I could try booking one of the Staycity places though a parking app. When I asked why Premier parking was shown as available here, I didn't receive any answer. Back to the underground garage and I moved my car to one of the Staycity places. I had a problem with registering on the parking app so returned to the reception where I spoke to the duty manager. She was very helpful and checked with Staycity for parking availability but no spaces were available to Premier guests. She agreed with me that Premier should not be advertising their own parking facilities and the parking signage should be removed. It should be made very clear on the booking page that car parking at this venue is very limited (if not at all available), and that (again, very limited) on-street parking facilities should be used. Rant over, the hotel and services were fine!
