Stunning design, service and location and helpful, knowledgable management.

Good customer service they will make you feel welcome. However, the hotel room is more of a design instead of being functional. Stayed for a night and you need to open windows because there is no aircon since its October. You can hear all the noise since it is a small hotel. It is warm and I did not sleep well since I closed the windows.

非常好！在老城區，停車可以選擇附近的公共停車場（收費），也可以選擇酒店私人停車場（收費）。酒店會有電瓶車接送，以及搬運行李到房間。這是一個最佳的辦法，讓自駕的朋友可以很方便的入住。服務非常好，酒店也非常好。員工非常非常nice！早餐也很好！！

This wonderful little hotel is in the heart of Rovinj's old city. It's a carefully restored building from the 1920 and wonderfully done. We happened to chose a "Standard" room which was a bit cramped, but that's on me. There are many other rooms far more roomy and luxurious which I could have chosen from. Make sure to take advantage of their breakfast included with the room. Fantastic. The restaurant also serves dinner with a small/limited menu, but truly amazing food. I understand the chef was trained at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna. After traveling around Croatia, we only stayed for 2 nights. I truly wish we would have stayed longer. While there are no elevators, Luca and all of the staff are friendly and always willing to help with luggage as well as 'something to do" or to help make a reservation at most any restaurant in town. Do not miss eating in their restaurant. Fantastic!

We loved this hotel. It is small with tricky stairs (since it was a palace), but with really well-designed rooms, a nice lounge and a really good restaurant, not to mention wonderful staff and service - a real gem! Since it's in the pedestrian only old town, you stop at the round-about (or you park nearby) and call ahead for a golf cart to come get you and your luggage. We had several tours and it was about a five minute walk to the round-about to get picked up for our tours. Our room was one floor up and very small but so well-designed , it met all our needs with mini-fridge and even cookies every day. We had a balcony with a view of the rooftops which I loved. The location was perfect for us with restaurants and shops not far away. Rovinj is a maze so you need to really memorize the small streets and passageways.

What a stunning hotel. The staff can’t do enough for you very friendly and helpful. Its location is wonderful the rooms are modern and stylish. If you get chance stay in the room called Monte the views are fantastic but best of all you’ll feel like James Bond going to your private balcony

I was a little disappointed about my experience at Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico. My biggest issue was the horrible 3G internet connection speed. The download speed was 2.7Mbps and upload speed was 1.8Mbps. I could not even forward an email with an attachment at that speed. It would time out on internet connections. There was one server at breakfast. She was clearly overwhelmed taking orders and serving coffee. I asked for a second cup of coffee and gave up after 15 minutes.

What a wonderful boutique hotel. The staff make you feel very welcome They have parking and come get you and your luggage in a cart. The dining area is partitioned in a way, intimate and multi-leveled. I loved the architecture of it. The breakfast is included and was excellent. I felt like we would have done any better going somewhere else. Our dinner there was fantastic! The menu has somewhat limited choices but everything we had was outstanding! Chef Vuckovic should get a star!

Absolutely glorious hotel! From the minute we were greeted by Luca who escorted us to our parking space at the Monestary and whisked us off on the cart down cobbled streets we were transported into the heaven that is Rovinj. Everything we read was correct. This hotel is magical and unique. Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, lovely terraces to enjoy the bluest skies. Steps away from the Rava. Marin was able to snatch us a coveted waterside table at La Puntalina at the last minute for which we will be ever grateful. The breakfast was delicious and the service by Tanja was delightful. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and also had an amazing meal eating dinner at the restaurant. Their new chef, trained at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna, is highly creative and made one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The wild rabbit with polenta was one of my favorites. The attention to detail in the food, was matched with friendly and informed care from our server.

We loved this location but most importantly the team were amazing. They are so attentive and clearly want to be sure that you love your stay. You will not regret staying here. You can easily walk to everything you want to see.

Located in the old part of the town, where there are no vehicles allowed. It is not the easiest to locate this luxury boutique hotel, as the entrance is located on a narrow laneway off one of the cobblestone streets (Ul. Augusta Ferrija). There is limited signage marking the entrance due to compliance with strict heritage requirements. The staff there are so helpful, the provided an electric golf buggy to direct me where I could park (near the monastery) and then drove us and our luggage back to the hotel. The exterior of the building is very nondescript however the interior is amazing - white stone floors and walls, black leather and bronze fittings. It immediately oozes luxury, whilst respects the heritage of the building. Whoever did the interior design knew exactly what they were doing. We had a deluxe room on the first floor, with its own private terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. There was no elevator/lift but the staff took all our luggage to and from our room. The room itself was opulent but retained the rustic nature of the original building. The bathroom was modern and very sleek, with designer Chopard cosmetics. The bed was so large and comfortable which made it hard to wake up in the morning. The breakfast was equally amazing - it was the best hotel breakfast that we had in Croatia. The staff were so discrete and professional - a real credit to the hotel. Everybody was so cheerful and helpful - got some great dining suggestions from the front of house staff. When we ever come back to Rovinj I will be booking my stay at Hotel Spirito Santo without question.

The level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. We loved the wide variety of local foods at breakfast and the cozy dining area. The team at the front desk and in the dining room were so attentive to our every need. Always with a warm smile. If you want a cozy, quaint hotel in the heart of old town, with excellent service this boutique hotel is for you.
