Child friendly, beautiful single-family house "Villa Bernard", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Rovinj, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pergola (18 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline, burglar alarm system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house (550 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 2.6 km, pebble beach, rocky beach, outdoor swimming pool, public bathing area 500 m. Surf school, tennis 500 m, walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Organizing a party is not allowed. It was a wonderful relaxing vacation. The owner of the house very friendly. The house is equipped exactly as described, everything that is needed is available. Perfect for small children. Swing slide and trampoline available. Table tennis table there. Eve

The division into main and side house (here also with refrigerator) is super practical. Property with old trees, something for small children, great terrace, huge grill, .... Everything was great!

Very nice accommodation, the only flaw is that the supermarket and the beach are unfortunately difficult to reach on foot

There is nothing to fault, perfect beautiful accommodation with everything you could wish for. Our expectations were exceeded. In the city you have to go by car (3-4 km away)
