I found this hotel make my trip staff was supporting food was good. Location is in market. We can see the market

It was good experience. Staff were supportive. Cleanliness infront of room number 412 was little disappointing as buckets and dust buckets were kept.

Very dirty rooms and toilets, insects moving on the floor, no maintenance done for the room interior, bathroom flush not working, the most scarry - bathroom taps gets electric conducted. I shall never ever stay in that hotel even getting free

The service was good but to be honest, the hotel needs a serious overhaul. Although i absolutely liked the behavior of the staff but i couldn't ignore the crumbling state of the rooms. The staffs at hotel lalit heritage are highly supportive and a hardworking lot. I honestly believe that they deserve to work in a better environment, hence it would be great if they pay more attention towards renovating the hotel.

I stayed for 1 day but booked the hotel, room was ac but ac was not working, service is not good, staff behavior is not good, they don't know how to talk to customers, poor service, can never be recommended to anyone, for staying

NEVER seen such bad type of hotel. the walls are damped , the service is more terrible.

Very bad experience. Service is very poor. Tv recharge not done. In suit room, there are single blanket 1 no. Clinic plus shampoo only and 1 medimix soap. At 9. 15 breakfast was not ready. We have left the hotel not having breakfast. Our booking was with complimentary breakfast.

I booked an execute suit at hotel lalit heritage. I stayed for one night. Room was spacious and hotel is located near railway station. However the toilet was dirty and smells of cigarettes. On complaint the toilet was cleaned up. The toilet seat is broken and there is no exhaust fan in toilet.
