Excellent room as always at the social hub hostels but lacking some of the service and amenities that the Groningen and Amsterdam branch have. Would still reccomend

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in terms of cleanliness and service. We stayed for a week btw. Cathy from reception was helpful though. I read someone commented before about the hotel is lack of management and I’d say yes I agree. Not going back.

Nice place and location

The place is cool and the staff was nice and helping in any situation. It is also really well located, and bike rental is really convenient.

so many young guests, busy studying and sharing views, fill the air with energetic vibes. excellent accomodation

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and spacious wheelchair accessible rooms. Good location, shops nearby. Free parking available in front of hotel. No noise at night, great beds. A lot of young, friendly people/students in the hotel.

Friendly staff, equiped with everything you need : kitchen, gym, laundry, bar and work space . Located very close to downtown and tram station eight across the street. Close to Kralingen where you can find good restaurants , supermarket , bars , etc

It was an amazing stay. Everything worked properly and the personnel is great. Additionally, the place is greatly connected with other parts of the city and especially with the train station (Rotterdam Central), which is a valuable attribute for those commuting for business purposes.

Great stay at a friendly, well located and clean place. The room was confortable and provided the required things to get to know the city. Public spaces were also great to get to know people and Staff did their best yo welcome me to the city

Friendly staff, clean rooms, decent quality to price ratio. I had to stay there for 4 weeks and I changed my room once. The building is nice and well maintained except isolation in between rooms. There's no problem with weather or noise from outside. Just in between rooms. The rest, very recommended stay. I didn't know that brand before. Will definitely search for TSH first every time I travel!

Not worth the price quality you get. We had a lot of broken things in the kitchen and in room. If you don’t go directly to the maintenance guy, they never show up. Maybe for some nights is ok. But as a place to be in exchange wouldn’t recommend it
