Worst experience ever! Reception didn’t look at me when I walked in, continued On his phone as he gave me my key. Showed me where my room was and told me to park anywhere. I walked in to the room and was devastated. Mould, it smelled so bad it made me sick, no towels, toilet broken. I didn’t want to touch anything let alone sleep on anything. The beds are so low to the floor they might as well just be a mattress on the floor. I can’t comment on if it’s comfy because I touched nothing! I made the joke that i better not fall on the ground if I sit on the toilet as it looked like it wasn’t attached to the wall. My 81 year old mother used it, just about fell off, came out refusing to stay there in case of injury. We are NOT fussy. We sleep in cars, shared facilities, hike use long drops etc. for $220 it was a complete rip off. I would pay $50 max to stay there. Went back to reception and he wouldn’t even look at me at all. He expected a complaint, he refused a refund and told me to contact ***********. All while never looking at me once! When they contacted him he told them what I said was all wrong and refused a refund. Rubbish all over property, pool empty, photos on website must be photoshopped because it is run down and dirty. How they can justify charging $220 for one night is disgusting. I’m gutted I didn’t take photos before taking the key back

Don't book this place. It's an absolute disgrace. All the furniture is very old. Rooms without doors. Stains in linen. Empty pool. Insects between bed sheets. We were shocked when we entered. Our first reaction was there is no way we're going to stay here. However we did, but we slept bad.

Run down as, mould on walls, pools are empty in middle of summer, looks nothing like the photo, the room smells like sheit every time u enter, yet complain if u smoke or cook something smelly, like the fxckin room isn’t any better that what they preach, I seen pigs sheit than this

We arrived and l;eft 10 minutes later, this place is awful, nothing like the photos on this website or ***********, there were no bulbs in the bathroom, there was a standard lamp instead, plugged into the wall in the kitchen, toilet and sink were disgusting. All the kitchen appliances were dirty and smelly. I contacted *********** and they couldn't get hold of the owner, so couldn't do anything, I suggested they take it of their website but its still there with the same pictures. I contact the hotel for a refund, they replied 'no refund', if you value your health DO NOT book this accomodation
