Guests Suite 5 minutes to Redwoods

What a lovely guest suite! Bill was a fantastic host - very friendly and helpful. The guest suite is in the basement of the family home and has a bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with two twin beds, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle, air fryer), and a toilet room and separate shower and sink room. There’s two recliner couches and a projector for watching tv / movies. It’s in a quiet neighborhood a very short walk or bike to Redwoods and a short drive to downtown Rotorua. It was a perfect location for us and recently remodeled and in excellent condition.

Clean and convenient Bill our host met us on arrival, communication was great and very friendly. The property is located under the family home but it’s private, extremely clean and conveniently located a short drive to most attractions. We only stayed the one night as we were driving from Auckland down south but will be back. Thanks again
