Charming and modern apartment on the ground floor, recently built, with elevator, suitable for 4 guests. This apartment is located 100 meters away from the beach and approx. 500 meters from the center (Viale dei Pini).
The property consists of 1 living room with an equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with shower box, a large terrace with outdoor furniture, TV-sat, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, air-conditioning, mosquito nets, microwave. Covered parking space is included. Pets are Not allowed.
