Room wasnt ready after check in time Room had a odd stench, sheets looked old, water system in the showers always switched between cold and hot a lot Walls are thin so i could hear kids being loud at late nights Saw the free provided breakfast and wasn't pleased

The hotel and staff were nice but hotel rooms don’t have AC

La comida era muy simple pero tuvo buena por el precio. ❤️😍😔

Estuvo bien el hotel pero no muy comodo. No tenía cobijas. Pero...mndjdjdjdjjdjzjdjdjjd. jdjdjksns

Desde que llegamos mi esposa y yo, el trato fue muy amable por todo el personal, en persona y teléfono. Las instalaciones limpias y bonitas, muy cercano a la playa y la zona turística, ¡No tuvimos que usar el vehículo! Las habitaciones muy cómodas (ojo, no tienen cobija, pero tampoco solicitamos ninguna) Súper recomendada la estancia, y wl desayuno ¡Uff!

房間環境較差，無毛巾等洗漱用品，最關鍵房間內插座是壞的，不能充電，窗户關不嚴，不推薦訂閲。

Stay was nice, but elevator was not in service resulting in delay to/from lobby to 6th floor, only 5 persons in elevator.

The condition of the hotel was very poor. It happened to be rainy and the lobby roof was leaking they had buckets watching the water and floor was flooded. They had the worst bedding very thing and it was stained. Since it was raining it was vey cold we had to ask for extra blankets and they were not the nicest ones.

It smells moldy everywhere in the hotel. The sink didn’t have hot water. The shower had hot and cold but all of a sudden it would go cold water.

Everything was amazing from the room, included meals, customer service, parking, less than 100 yrs from beach. -that’s a footlball field.

They are renovating some floors & it was look up to date. Great stay no complaints

It was raining on my stay and the property had leaks everywhere room lobby etc

terrible parking spaces. Hot water not working for showers. super cold rooms!
