Good value stay
The receptionist kept me waiting answering phones and chatting with colleague, also had difficulty finding my booking. But, the room was very clean and it was a quiet location close to the beach. Car park full both nights, but street parking close by is free. Did not explore the hotel and if you want to swim indoors, take a swim cap.

Dirty and run down
We had 2 nights booked and checked out after one. Reception very run down. Dirty tables in reception area which we stained as if someone had spilt a drink on there, still the same the next day. Paint peeling of walls, dirty pillows and scruffy blankets. We paid for a superior apartment however no idea what was superior about it. Hotel needs closing down for a few months for an overall revamp and update

Estancia fin de semana para participación en la prueba deportiva La Desértica de Almería. Apartamento correcto y bien ubicado frente a la Playa. Le faltaría una renovación general para una mejor valoración.

Ok hotell med förbättringspotential
Myror på rummet och balkongen. Personalen kunde inte engelska. Poolen ur drift. Nära stranden och shopping. Alger i vattnet

Es un sitio medianamente viejo, por tanto, económico, sin embargo, la atención es mala y la limpieza la restringen a dos días por semana. No hay servicio continuo de agua en el sanitario. Hay poca atención en recepción, el personal es poco amable.

la struttura si trova nel centro della zona balneare di Roquetas chiamata Urbanization, non ha parcheggio privato ma vi sono parcheggi liberi sia di fronte che nelle strade adiacenti ( a gnnaio non vi erano problemi di parcheggio). La struttura è un albergo con appartamenti, ha la reception fino alle 20. L'appartamento era carino, bilocale con cucina e terrazzo, pulito e prezzo onesto

El apartamento era de categoría superior. Séptima planta. Buenas vistas. Estaba limpio. Los electrodomésticos estaban en perfecto estado para poder ser usados. No usamos el aire acondicionado ya que no nos hizo falta. Lo peor fueron las camas. Los colchones se hunden con tu peso y, a nosotros nos gustan más rígidos. El armario de la habitación también necesitaría una reparación en las puertas correderas. El comedor y la piscina exterior no estaban abiertos por lo que no puedo opinar. La piscina climatizada no la usamos. El edificio necesita una mano de pintura para que no de el aspecto de dejadez y viejo. Buena calidad / precio

Llevamos un día aquí, el apartamento deja mucho que desear en cuanto a limpieza, el lavabo lo peor, he tenido que limpiar yo con un estropajo y dios mío lo que ha salido de ahí. En general todo está sucio, es mejor no mirar y limpiar todo lo que vas a utilizar. En cuanto a lo demás por el precio q tiene no se puede pedir más. No se si volvería, aunque recomiendo hacer el apartamento según llegas.
