Room is good, clean but with no ventilation also considering rs 2500 room it was quite small and closed packed

The food was a let down and services are good ordered a pizza late in night and it was the worst pizza could have been made

My stay experience was excellent in terms of hygiene, food quality and staff behaviour. I had stayed there for a day. The staff was polite and very supportive. They are giving the best service and the quality of the food is way above then any 3 or 4 star hotel. Thanks to jay prakash dubey for giving such a delightful customer service experience. Good work, keep it up!

The property is well located at the centre point. It's an average hotel with no amenities, except a restaurant, which serves good food at reasonable rate. The cleanliness needs to be improved as well the maintenance. Staffs are helpful and well behaved. The strangest part is the hotel charges for basic things like drinking water served in roon, dental kit. No shaving kit, shoe shiner, etc was available. It can be marked as basic hotel, just for a night stay.

The rooms are decent but the rooms had no windows which made that room claustrophobic. The first few hours were that we spent was good but like the time flew we felt asphyxiated and were done with the stay.

Hotel is very expensive as per the price service and room quality was not matching.

Lift don’t work . Don’t provide iron. Overall very average hotel not more than per night .Too much noise .

This is a very good hotel in terms of cleanliness, food and behavior of the staff there. You can stay here for business as well as personal stay.

The hotel will be charging you 4000rs and what comes in exchange is room with ac and mattress in terrible condition. The property is located on the main road where rooms fail to provide coverage against noise pollution. It is impossible to get decent sleep since the amenities lack sound proof doors. The staff is not bothered about informing you about complimentary breakfast. But will call you 1hour before check out. This is the first hotel where i have been asked 100rs upfront for asking iron service in the room. You dont expect this if you are paying close to 4000. One can get decent hotels even 5stars under such rate. The hotel even lacks parking facility and you will be parking vehicle under your own risk.
