Sink in our room was broken, pillows lumpy, bed made weird, remote didn’t work. The room was dirty.

My bed was dirty with black items all over. No sheets for the pull out bed. I called the front desk, they told me to come down and get my own sheets. The toilet was also dirty and needed to be flushed. I went to the pool and the hot tub was closed, l called to make sure it was working before l went. The reason l booked the hotel was for the hot tub. I am a Marriott member, l expected more from the property.

Property is great for a quick stay before flying out. Shuttle service was excellent. Hot tub didn’t work was the only complaint I had.

Overall this hotel is very decent compared to the other ones around there. Staff is amazing.

This is a quiet hotel it has a nice pool unfortunately the hot tub has been down for both our stay in January and February. We thought it would have been fixed.

This hotel is really nice. Rooms are nice and big. If I would have been a solo traveler, I would give 5 stars for everything. However, if you are with anyone and they get up at all in the night to go to the bathroom or even get up earlier than you to get ready, the bathroom doors are just frosted glass and illuminate the entire room by your bed. It was not a good night sleep and I got all of 3 hours. Other than that, I would recommend.

Convenient to the airport. Nice facility. Reliable coach to the airport. Would stay here again.

Room was big and clean. We picked that hotel cause it had a jacuzzi but it did not have any heat so we were very dissatisfied

Booked this hotel because of the breakfast and the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Hot tub was broken the entire trip and the pool was cold. Beds are way too soft and not comfortable. Pull out bed was not comfortable so my son chose to just sleep on the couch as is. Our room was spacious. Shower was terrible. Pressure wasn't great, and it never got hot. It was warm to luke warm. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they said the pilots take showers between 9&11, so take a shower before or after those times. We took showers at all times of the day and night and it was never any better. The frosted glass on the bathroom doors is a terrible design. Anytime someone uses the bathroom at night, it lights up the entire room. Location was good Lefty's in front of the hotel has good food. All the staff at the hotel was wonderful.

One reading light not working, body soap container empty. When i informed cleaning lady her reply was "you have to tell the front desk". Water supply to the machine on the third floor was not connected. Breakfast bar very adequate with good variety of food.
