Premier Inn London Romford (Mercury Gardens)

The rooms are clean but need some refurbishment. Extra pillows and bed comfortable. Some noise from upstairs but good reception staff I did not have problems me and my girlfriend enjoyed the stay we will come back for our next trip to London !

I have stayed here many times, it’s a good location and the staff are really good friendly and helpful. However as for the rooms which I’ve stayed in many they are in desperate need of a refurb. The beds smell even though they have clean sheets on, the pillows are old and also smell. The furniture needs replacing the chair in the room almost collapsed when I was there last week. The bathrooms old very bad smell coming from the sinks (bad drain smell) bathroom fan not working , carpets need replacing. The stairs near reception leading to the rooms always smells everytime I stay there. So overall the staff are excellent always friendly and welcoming but all rooms need a refurb! If they did a refurb I would give it 5 stars

We had an amazing experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Hasna! She was incredibly helpful, making us feel comfortable and welcome, even though we were in a different country. I stayed at this hotel with my colleague for a business trip. We originally booked at Romford West in error, but Hasna was super helpful and called the hotel to cancel our booking and get us booked in correctly. She also wrote down instructions for us to get to Romford West, before we decided to cancel our booking. The room was clean and spacious. Everything you need. Breakfast was also amazing, with a range of fresh food, coffee and pastries.

Thank you for the lovely stay provided! The room was clean, the team was lovely especially Hasna, absolutely brilliant stay thank you for assisting me all the way. The other receptionists were as well really kind with me. Housekeepers are doing an amazing job.

Great stay, close to station and free parking on site. Train to Central London is nearby, rooms are warm and cozy, we came with family and we all enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to friends and family for anyone who wants to visit London is great
