The front desk girls are helpful. They gave us map with explanations. However they re a bit racism. Room is ok but old.

This hotel is excellent for a short stay in Rome located close enough to walk to all the main attractions and near to the station. The staff were friendly and the hotel had all the basics nothing to complain about on this one.

The Hotel is in a perfect location from the main Train station, and the Rooms were spotless and perfect for what you pay for . Would definitely stay again

Boeking klopt niet zou kamer krijgen met uitzicht over de stad. Foto komen niet overeen met de kamer helaas. maar ik zat in kelder. Heb geen klacht Ingediend merkt al dat bij meer mensen zo was.

Hotel muito acolhedor, quartos pequenos porem limpos, com ar condicionado, televisão. Cafe da manhã bom.

Herşey çok harikaydı.Resepsiyonda oturan hanımefendi çok nazik ve kibar biriydi.Bize oldukça yardımcı oldu.Ona çok teşekkür ederiz.Otelin konumu çok iyi.Metroya 13 dakikalık mesafede.Tramvaya ise 3 dakikalık uzaklıkta.Kolezyuma 21 dakika yürüyerek ulaşa bilirsiniz.Çok güvenli ve temiz bir otel.

El personal de recepción fue muy atento ante las peticiones, preguntas y recomendaciones. El hotel tiene buena ubicación para poder llegar a los lugares de interés. La habitación está bien, limpia , un poco fría, no hay calefacción. En general, la relación calidad precio, es acorde.

Very clean, very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The staff is super nice! They are very helpful and polite. The breakfast is good as well. It has variety of sweets and salty things. The price is great for what you get! Deffinitely reccomend!

I didnt get to experience Hotel Piramide, as a week before i was informed there was construction work and that i was moved to a similar or better hotel, their sister hotel, hotel center 2, Rome. If this was similar or better than hotel Piramide then i'm worried! The A/C could only be controlled by reception which is very strange. On the lowest setting it made a huge noise, so much so i got it turned off and decided to suffer as i couldnt sleep! The shower was so grimey filled with mold on the wall and limescale i didnt even go near it. The walls are so thin you could hear everyone coming and out aswell when people used the toilet, or shower! Out of 3 plug sockets only one was working and one was completely broken. Oh and the tv didnt work either! Once i did get to sleep, 6am someone was awake which awoke the whole hotel. I went to breakfast at 0730. All that was out was some pastries thats it. I was on a tight schedule so by 0745 i had to leave...only then did they bring everything else out on offer! At checkout i was going to bring up the issues i had but all they said was thanks and moved on like they dont care. They did not ask how my night was or anything! This was supposed to be a deluxe double room! Far from it! Avoid at all costs!

The room needs a lot of repairs, not so clean, the walls were dirty, the faucet old, the zone is a bit creepy, there is wet atmosphere due to the mold from the walls, the heat is centralized by the reception the staff is nice.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst backpacking with a friend and found the hotel to be adequate whilst on a budget. It was about a 15 minute walk from rome termini station -but note in the opposite direction to Rome centre. It generally took us about half an hour to get from the hotel to the sights, shops and central area which was alright. Didn’t use a lot of public transport but I think there were some options nearby. As for the hotel our room was basic it had air conditioning which was positive but no wifi or kettle. Note there is no wifi in any of the rooms but there is some at reception and in table/breakfast area downstairs. Our bathroom was small and basic and the sink broke whilst we were there so we struggled to drain water from the sink :( Staff were not particularly helpful to be honest. The room was clean though and did the job. We didn’t get breakfast included but saw the spread layed out for those who paid for it and it looked pretty good.

ho alloggiato in questo hotel una notte, lo consiglio per una breve permanenza nella fantastica città di Roma. finestra rotta, bagno senza finestra, personale bravo e cortese, posizione buona, non in ottimo stato. aria condizionata ok,

Sono un docente che ha portato due classi in gita. Le recensioni non rispecchiano propriamente la realtà. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere avrebbero bisogno di una rimodernata, certo, ma la pulizia non è assolutamente male. Per essere a Roma, per esperienza, il rapporto qualità prezzo non è assolutamente male. È vicino a Porta Maggiore che è molto ben servita da autobus e tram, e a 15 minuti a piedi da Termini. La colazione potrebbe essere un po’ più fornita di alimenti salati oppure il tostapane, ma tutti gli alimenti dolci sono ottimi.

E una cosa orrenda i sanitari tutti ruggine rotti al centro del wc c'è un buco così quando tiri lo sciacquone ti fai il bidè ,fili corrente per terra in mezzo alla sporcizia ,muri sporchi porte rotte , un balcone non c'è e nel pezzo mancante del balconi c'è un nido di api con il rischio che se un cliente è allergico è molto pericoloso . All'entrata della porta del bagno c'è imbullonato un cavatappi con la ruggine che scende nel muro, condizionatore non funzionante, bollire inesistente.....
