This boutique hotel was awesome! We were here a week and we felt like it was our home. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always professional. Would especially like to give a special Thank you to front desk staff person Rhyan, who went above and beyond in making our stay very comfortable - He was the Best! We really appreciated being able to dine and go as we pleased with our own set of keys, made our Daily plans so easy. We really appreciated the daily morning breakfast made to order and brought to our room every morning at our specified time. It made the beginning of our day very nice, and one day when we had to leave for a tour earlier than normal breakfast time- Rhyan asked if we’d like a cold breakfast the night before, which consisted of orange juice, bread with butter/jelly and cake. That was so nice and worked out perfectly, so we could eat a little something before we left. The room was very comfortable and staff always supplied us with everything we needed. The actual location can not be beat! We were within steps of the Colosseum! Made it so easy to go tour and not to mention all the restaurants, gelato places, and taxi stand right down the street! We even had our laundry done one day because it was so convenient! This hotel may cost a little more but it’s central location and comfort, plus staff made it a great place to see Rome and all its historical wonders. Just can’t say enough good things! The neighborhood could get a little noisy at night due to bars & restaurants in area and touristy location, but that should be expected. Each room has air conditioning so you could keep your window closed of needed for more quiet.

DO NOT STAY HERE! 3 days after my return, the property owner debited a further 50 EUR from my account, incurring a further transaction fee, falsely claiming that I had broken the kettle and was very unpleasant in its responses to my correspondence explaining how the kettle was in full working order on the morning of my departure. The owner refused to provide any evidence and to refund the 50 EUR. I paid a very high price for staying here for 3 nights at 841 EUR (c £750) + 50 (c. £44). The room, kitchenette & bathroom were filthy, the fridge contained mould & the desk staff were unable to provide guidance on local eateries, museum opening times, maps or directions. Free breakfast is minimal. Room features listed are incorrect: there is no air con.

The main reason to stay here is its proximity to the awe-inspiring Colosseum. Even though most of Rome's attractions are situated more North-West, you can't beat opening your window shutters every morning to look upon the famous amphitheatre. Rome is a city to be explored on-foot, but you can also hail taxis just around the corner from the hotel, and you're close to a metro station. The rooms are comfortable, with a decent bed, mini-fridge, small safe, and - surprisingly - some basic cooking facilities. Breakfast is a continental platter served to your room at a time of your choosing, and was all very tasty. They even did hot chocolate, which was delicious. The one downside: for some reason, the pillows aggravated my eyes and made them bloodshot. Not sure what that was all about. The staff were friendly enough, no issues to report.

The “hotel” is a Bed and Breakfast. Located in a building with other B&Bs. Our room was located right next to the reception desk. The A/C was only able to turn on the fan but no cooling available because of the season (according to the receptionist). The floor was filthy the first night. The second day we spoke to the receptionist/Cleaning person/breakfast server about cleaning the floor and she did a decent job cleaning the room. But they need an actual cleaning person, not have one person do it all. Bathroom shower was moldy and the bathroom doors were damaged. Breakfast was decent. However, You really can’t beat the price or the location. The proprietor just needs to do a better job with cleanliness and A/C availability. We were pretty disappointed with the lack of cool air, but really enjoyed the location. The room itself is pretty roomy too.

Stanza sporca, polvere sedimentata da tempo sotto il letto. Doccia rotta. Stanza e bagno freddo. Abbiamo chiamato per chiedere l'attivazione del riscalda, che ci hanno promesso ma non mantenuto. Tenda macchiata, inguardabile, non parliamo del frigo che aveva al suo interno cibo lasciato da chi l'aveva occupata in precedenza. Dicono che pulisco e sanificano ma mi sono sentita veramente presa in giro. Non abbiamo voluto la colazione non ci siamo fidati. Hanno pulito sotto il letto solo dopo specifica richiesta.

Praticamente a due passi dal Colosseo posizione top .la camera è carina unica pecca L odore di muffa che dava un po’ fastidio .le ragazze alla reception molto gentili.colazione anche se minimal poteva andar .metterei a disposizione delle cartine di Roma
