I was very impressed. The room was spacious, quiet, clean etc. Nice helpful staff. Good air conditioning. Shower was nice (need to leave the water to run quite a while to get hot water). There is a TV but just Italian channels. Good internet though. I’ve included info about what you see from the outside as that confused me after the taxi dropped me off. The hotel is on one floor in a residential building. I gather common in Rome. So there is no external sign. You need to press the buzzer than walk or get the lift to the first floor. Then there is a nice reception area. The location is excellent. There is a little mini supermarket a few minutes away and a metro stop is very close. I’d certainly go back and recommend it to others.

This was our first night/hotel in Italy for a weeks holiday/cruise. It was the closest location (left) for our onward rail connection to the west coast (Civitavecchia). Initially, it was hard to find the hotel (at night/dark) and its front door (which wasn't illuminated). Thankfully reception staff came downstairs to the front door and talked us onto their location by mobile phone. There's a small hotel name/plaque at the front door, with several other plaques within the multi storey building (not easy to see, hence the issue). We were taken upstairs (used the small lift) to reception. The Philippine staff were very friendly and efficient, explaining everything that we needed to know for our one night's stay. A clean, small room, with a Tv, at 158 euros for 2 (146 UKP). We also had to pay 7 euros at reception ref city tax. You get no breakfast for this price. Expensive for what you get. The next day we were allowed to keep our luggage in a safe room whilst we walked out locally looking for breakfast (McDonald's is a short distance away and was ample). Our room was nothing like the advertisement/photo shown to the left of this review (we had half the size of room). We had to check out at 11am. The best thing about our stay was the staff, which we'd like to thank.

Ubicazione in pieno centro vicino alla metro, varie fermate bus, taxi, poste, ristoranti, market e bar. In zona silenziosa attorniata da uffici, si trova questa struttura molto accogliente sia come stanza ma soprattutto come personale a partire dal portiere che dal personale della reception . Pulita, silenziosa, e anche spaziosa per essere una stanza da 3 persone. Terrazzo vivibile ma con vista sui palazzi adiacenti. A due minuti da via del corso, 5 a cola di Rienzo e 8 dalla terrazza del Pincio. Molto interessante anche il prezzo che, per essere in pienissimo centro, Per niente caro. Esperienza da ripetere. Noi lo consigliamo vivamente.

Ambiente pulito ed ordinato, ottima posizione, personale gentile, professionale e disponibile. Unica pecca/ segnalazione, bagno privo di bidet.... per noi italiani indispensabile 😉 Nel complesso da consigliare, buona struttura .
