Please allow us to clarify that the third bed in our triple rooms can be either a sofa bed or a rollaway bed, depending on the room type booked. Our records show that you did book a triple room but indicated one guest only, which is why the third bed was not prepared in the room for your arrival. Kindly note that room rates may vary according to the number of guests and that all guests must be registered upon check-in to comply with local regulations. We would also like to reassure you that the guest you saw being wheeled out during your stay did not suffer any injury at the hotel.
