Excellent service! We arrived around 11 am and got a room before check-in time, no questions!
Wonderful reception space with lounge and restaurant and a nice rooftop bar!
The room was in the corner, nice, but a little noisy and cold.
After a dozen years with Marriott, lifetime platinum and current Ambassador Elite with well over 500 hotels sampled, I have found the absolute worst. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! It started with false advertising, a sofa bed is not a bed. No other Marriott considers a sofa bed as a standard bed, because they are not. But that was only the beginning of this disaster class. Every employee I had the displeasure of speaking to was incredibly rude and condescending. I asked for towels 3 times over the course of 4 hours, none arrived. So I had to stand in the lobby for 20 minutes and ask repeatedly until some were handed finally to me. The drain in the shower was broken, both my friend and I slipped but fortunately didn't fall. Maybe that's why we saw another guest being wheeled out on a stretcher. Mold in the kettle is disgusting. The only positive was being able to cut my stay here short and move to a much nicer hotel, in a better location, for a lower price. There and everywhere else in Italy I have received excellent service! lI wouldn't stay at the Le Méridien Visconti Rome if it were free. I reiterate DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Excellent location for sights and restaurants. Our room was a bit small for an accessible room. Bathroom was too small for wheelchair. Staff overall are friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast on premises and very inexpensive. Roof top has an excellent lounge. Front of building needs a permanent ramp. Valet was very kind in bringing out a temporary ramp.

Great business style property with quiet clean rooms and a wonderful breakfast. Hotel is walking distance to anywhere in Rome. As a lifetime Platinum, this is exactly what I look for in a hotel. A huge thank you to Luigi and Francesco at the front desk! You both were absolutely wonderful and provided incredible guidance that made our trips around Rome unforgettable. Your recommendations and assistance truly made a difference in our stay! We hope to see you both soon.

Excellent, convenient location. Cordial, enthusiastic, efficient staff. They even advised fantastic walking directions for the area and a spectacular local restaurant for dinner - Palladio Eduardo approx 2 blocks away in a very safe neighborhood
