I would give this hotel ten stars, if possible!!! The best service we have ever received and this includes numerous stays in Ritz Carlton's. First, the manager, Fabio, was beyond helpful including sending me my Passport picture, when I couldn't get into the Colosseum as well as retrieving my luggage in storage the last day after I was rained on and needed my raincoat. Stephano, the dining manager, was wonderful! He is a professional! He ran the daily breakfast with expertise and with a smile! Daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They sent us a bottle of Champagne for my husband's birthday as well as chocolates when we checked-in. Our hotel room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable. Don't hesitate to stay here where they treat you well!!
