The most beautiful room imaginable with balcony where we had breakfast each morning overlooking the city of Rome .....fabulous position at the top of the Spanish Steps and great kindness from owner Giancarlo.... Loved our stay so much Maggie Beer

A perfect place to spend a city trip in the heart of Roma; only a few steps from "Piazza di Spagna". Giancarlo, the owner is very nice and helpful. The room we had was small but perfectly designed with all commodities you need. I just admired the mix of the old historic building with modern interior design. There is no 24 hours reception, but you feel perfectly secure in this guest house. Every morning they serve fresh orange juice, good coffee, and fresh pastry. To recommend!

I booked Ricciardelli studios with my mother for Christmas. Although I specifically stated the time of our arrival and contacted the owner when we are 10 min away, when we arrived at the building, there was no one to meet us. Yet we entered in the building because someone else just opened the door. It was so easy to enter the building, without keys, without anyone, without any security. While we were waiting at least 5 people came in and out. Around 15 minutes after someone came and he showed us the elevator, which supposedly had to work with a code. Yet the elevator didn't work, and there was no way up except an elevator. No stairs... The elevator did just work eventually but without the code... -So anyone could go up..- We arrived in the studios floor, then to our room. There was a disturbing smell in the room and it was very tiny and dark. We were two women, faced a horrible earthquake in Turkey we didn't feel secured not just because of the buildings entrance or the elevator not working also because if something had happened we were stuck in the building. Because... there was no way out... So we kindly explained this situation and asked the owner to cancel the reservation he said he would help and talk to booking but yet he did not at all. he did not pick up our phones, he did not return our texts. Since he wasn't returning the money as well we even tried to offer if he could move the dates. So that someone else could maybe stay there instead of us. Giancarlo the owner did not reply. Giancarlo Ricciardelli was unkind and cunning. We had a horrible and very very sad experience. fyi: the studios are located up on the hill. you either have to take the Spanish stairs or walk up a hill. I hope no one else goes through what we had to...

This place was more than amazing!!!!! The check -in was easy ( we arrived early so the owner said please come by and leave your luggage and we will have your room ready when you return) the lady who met us at the door was very cheerful and ready to make my sister and I comfortable and see if we had any special needs. When we returned the owner Jon Carlo met us with a very warm smile and showed us everything and informed us of where to go in Rome. I must stress that I am a seasoned traveler and for fifteen years was a flight attendant , and Jon Carlo is the most hospitable host I have ever encountered. During my stay, which was at the end of a sixteen day cruise I came down with a severe sinus issue and did not feel well, Jon Carlo called his family personal physician and had her come and examine me in my room. The physician spoke english and was very personable, and told me I needed antibiotics, and asked me to call my doctor in the USA to confirm that my regular physician approved. Jon Carlo, was so supportive and kind to me and said he would pay the physician and add it to my bill so I did not have to pay cash. The location was at the top of the Spanish Steps. You walk out the doors walk less than 200 feet and you are looking at the square and walking down the Spanish Steps. My bedroom window overlooked the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. This is a wonderful, wonderful place. Clean, Quaint, and it feels like HOME.

We stayed at this place in a whim as we had to move last minute from another hotel. The owner called right away and told us the exact time to arrive since another couple was checking out. We are so lucky! The area can’t get any better. It is located right at the top of the Spanish steps and we were fortunate enough to get the room with the best view in Rome. The owner was amazing, hospitable, and welcoming. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the whole experience. We know have our place to stay every time we visit. Do not hesitate…book this place if there is any availability!

10 из 10! Трудно придумать лучшее месторасположение для отдыха в Риме. Шикарный вид, уютная терраса, эксклюзивный интерьер сопровождались отличным сервисом👍🏼 Отдельно хочется поблагодарить Маурицио, который был готов придти на помощь в течение всего отдыха. Если вернусь в Рим, то обязательно сюда!

Ótima localização, o apartamento fica logo acima da Piazza de Soagna. Bem perto da via condoti O quarto é bem confortável , silencioso, com linda vista, com café da manhã, muito acolhedor e ótimo atendimento do Sr Giancarlo, muito prestativo.

Struttura storica in cima alla scalinata di Trinità dei Monti in Piazza di Spagna. Il signor Ricciardelli, proprietario del b&b, è una persona gentilissima e disponibile. Camera curata nei dettagli, pulita e confortevole. Colazione ben fornita con prodotti di qualità. Insomma tutto perfetto. Soggiorno da 10 e lode!
