I booked Ricciardelli studios with my mother for Christmas. Although I specifically stated the time of our arrival and contacted the owner when we are 10 min away, when we arrived at the building, there was no one to meet us. Yet we entered in the building because someone else just opened the door. It was so easy to enter the building, without keys, without anyone, without any security. While we were waiting at least 5 people came in and out. Around 15 minutes after someone came and he showed us the elevator, which supposedly had to work with a code. Yet the elevator didn't work, and there was no way up except an elevator. No stairs... The elevator did just work eventually but without the code... -So anyone could go up..- We arrived in the studios floor, then to our room. There was a disturbing smell in the room and it was very tiny and dark. We were two women, faced a horrible earthquake in Turkey we didn't feel secured not just because of the buildings entrance or the elevator not working also because if something had happened we were stuck in the building. Because... there was no way out... So we kindly explained this situation and asked the owner to cancel the reservation he said he would help and talk to booking but yet he did not at all. he did not pick up our phones, he did not return our texts. Since he wasn't returning the money as well we even tried to offer if he could move the dates. So that someone else could maybe stay there instead of us. Giancarlo the owner did not reply. Giancarlo Ricciardelli was unkind and cunning. We had a horrible and very very sad experience. fyi: the studios are located up on the hill. you either have to take the Spanish stairs or walk up a hill. I hope no one else goes through what we had to...

10 из 10! Трудно придумать лучшее месторасположение для отдыха в Риме. Шикарный вид, уютная терраса, эксклюзивный интерьер сопровождались отличным сервисом👍🏼 Отдельно хочется поблагодарить Маурицио, который был готов придти на помощь в течение всего отдыха. Если вернусь в Рим, то обязательно сюда!
