The hospitality was non existent. When I asked about parking, since there was supposed to be free parking available, she gestured to the street/neighborhood. So, this is Rome and there’s nothing available and meter signs everywhere. I also booked a room with a balcony, there wasn’t one. She said I booked a three person room (there was two of us) and the balcony is for two. I showed her the confirmation that said there was a balcony and she continued to argue so I just gave up at that point, I did not have the energy or the inclination to continue with her attitude that only conveyed her lack of care, and annoyance that we were inconveniencing her. The shower head was broken and not fixed till the last night we were there. We stayed four nights. The only redeeming quality was the AC worked, although they shut it off every day. I asked them to please fix the shower head and advised that we did not need anyone coming in and picking up the room. They did anyway, I even left my suitcase on the bed and open hoping they’d leave my stuff alone and they put it on the floor and proceeded to tidy, and by tidy I mean tossed the sheets up so the bed was covered. It’s not like they were changing the sheets and making the bed. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they like being lied to and argued with.

We were three friends finally travelling after the pandemic and truly excited to visit Rome, since for one of us this was her first time in Rome. We had difficulties right away as a result of the management insisting to call them, when I had written continuously on the booking app, stating clearly the time of arrival. It's really costly to call with an international data plan and the property didn't use whatsapp. It resulted in us waiting and when the person in charge of check-in arrived, she didn't bother greeting and was grumpy as if someone had forcibly sent her to meet us. As soon as we were let in the room, there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom and the room looked shabby and as if the cleaning has been done very carelessly. When confronting this girl, she got angry and immediately called someone on the phone shouting and swearing, words like "ste stronze vogliono un 5 stelle" and "hanno rotto il cazzo" and other racist slurs. When the owner/her father showed up, he cared only about the fact that we didn't call and even though I explained that I sent messages, it didn't seem to make any difference. No apologies for his daughter's offensive language, or about the fact that the room hadn't been cleaned and soap and toilet paper were missing. Apart from its centrality, the property is just not worth it. It's unacceptable that they treat paying customers who are looking forward to have a stress-free holiday in such an offensive, arrogant and disrespectful manner. It almost ruined our weekend getaway. By the way, breakfast was just some prepackaged stuff from the cheapest ones you find in the supermarket.

Esperienza allucinante! Sarebbe necessario che i proprietari del b&b informassero i propri clienti che parcheggiando nel parcheggio da loro consigliato sulla strada adiacente alla struttura possono accadere atti vandalici alle auto posteggiate da parte di personaggi pericolosi che si aggirano nella zona. Questa e’ cosa nota come ci hanno confermato alcuni inquilini del condominio e abitanti della zona. Domenica 11 agosto la nostra vacanza e’ stata rovinata da chi ha deciso di sfondare il vetro posteriore della nostra auto costringendoci a tornare a casa in quanto sarebbe stato alquanto pericoloso fidarsi e lasciare l’auto senza finestrino a portata di tutti. Nella struttura dunque non abbiamo praticamente messo piede se non per fare il check-in la mattina appena arrivati. Onestamente ci saremmo aspettati il rimborso, quantomeno della tassa di soggiorno, intascata senza il rilascio di alcuna ricevuta. o un gesto di cortesia da parte del gestore ma ciò non e’ avvenuto. Delusi dall’incivilita’ ma anche dalla poca sensibilità.

Viaggio in famiglia. Posizione strategica e comodo a tutto:stazione, bus, metro, hop in hop on.. Colosseo alle spalle con tutti i servizi a pochi minuti. Camera carina, abbellita dalla gentilezza, disponibilità e cortesia del proprietario. Da tornarci, magari con amici

Siamo andati a Roma per il concerto dei Maneskin e questa sistemazione sembrava la migliore per le nostre esigenze, e infatti così è stato. Eravamo in 6, divisi in una quadrupla e una doppia, le camere sono molto spaziose e tutte munite di bagno privato. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito, ogni mattina veniva un signore per pulire e sistemare tutto. Unica pecca era la colazione, in cui vi erano mottini e merendine confezionate, ma per dei ragazzi come noi andava più che bene. La zona poi è la cosa migliore, a 4 minuti a piedi dal colosseo e molto tranquilla e sicura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Il B&B è in un palazzo situato in una strada tranquilla di Roma ed è in un punto strategico della città vicino a Termini ma poco distante anche dal Colosseo....ma é poco curato. Doccia incrostata, 1 asciugamano a persona, nell'armadio cuscini aggiuntivi senza federe che se avessi voluto usarli igienicamente parlando...nn avrei potuto. E la colazione devi preparartela e mangiarla in camera. Sinceramente nn lo consiglierei.
