No lift in hotel. Quite noisy as on main street. Light stayed on in room. Wifi very poor
However very clean rooms and friendly staff, amazing location

4 floors with luggage and no elevator was a bit much. The staff did help though. They were very helpful with taxis and information. Very pleasant too. VERY well positioned in the ancient town.

The property is extremely run down and smells of sewage. Could use extensive renovations, fresh paint, etc.
The front desk staff are either rude ot creepy depending on who you get.
The only redeeming factor is its location.

Great place to stay in the heart of Rome. This was our first trip there and to be able to wake up to a view of the Colosseo everyday is amazing. Very clean, staff are helpful and you have easy access to everything, many things are within walking distance. There are a few hidden gems for breakfast and evening meals on the streets behind the property which are priced well and serve fantastic food and coffee.
The only small issue is that the bar underneath tends to stay open until 2am and you can slightly hear the music, but we we’re directly above the bar and it didn’t bother us (when we were home before 2am at least).
Great little authentic spot right in the heart of Rome, we’ll definitely be back.

They did not have our reservation at check-in. Not sure why. Front desk agent was very friendly though and was able to secure us a room at a sister hotel, but it was by the train station.

Great place to stay in - unbeatable location. Steps away from From tourist attractions and many restaurants on the street. Stuff was great and helpful. Highly recommend.

Shops restaurants entertainment near by. Close to coliseum. The property was quite small for my standards but it accomplished my needs.

Hotel is in between two bars. Very noisy at night. Not a ‘family friendly’ location. Otherwise hotel is acceptable. Service is friendly.
