Amazing value for money. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful grounds to enjoy a break from the pace of the city, while only 20 minute bus ride to the centre of the city. I bought bus passes right at the front desk. Basic, but what more is needed when only sleeping there? I had wifi and AC, which is all the extras I was looking for. And breakfast was included. I would definitely seriously consider staying here again.

It was good, rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious, also it was very peaceful. It was a bit further from city center than i expected, but the bus was well connected. They also had coffee and snacks machines so you could also get yourself that if you wanted.

Staff was great but Bed sheets was charged after 6 days or more have to ask to be change too much dust towels won't be changed till 4th day of stay or more had to ask for it the website is not updated because there is no restaurant outdated place needs renovation needs new mattress walls needs to be cleaned the mattress are extremely uncomfortable because they are probably 50 years old and blankets were dirty with other people hair stuck on it and it had a bad smell unsanitary

Ottimo albergo ed ottima ospitalità, siamo stati presenti durante il periodo del torneo di tennis a Roma ed abbiamo avuto modo di avere un’ottima esperienza sia dal punto di vista del pernottamento sia dal punto di vista della colazione, consiglio vivamente.

L'edificio è bello, ma l'interno mantiene l'aspetto di una clinica o di un convento. La stanza è un po' retrò, il che sarebbe anche gradevole se non fosse per il fatto che la scrivania è riparata con lo scotch, le pareti sono di colore indefinito e sporche, le prese non sono tutte funzionanti e manca sia il lume da comodino che da . Una sola stampella nell'armadio. Manca anche un frigobar e la dotazione di cortesia si limita a una sola bustina di bagnoschiuma mentre manca anche un dispenser di sapone nel bagno. Nel bagno manca addirittura il bicchiere portaspazzolino e la rubinetteria è sinceramente datata. La vasca da bagno è sicuramente una soluzione antiquata, andrebbe meglio il più moderno box doccia. Pulizia nella norma. Il parcheggio, molto ampio, è a pagamento. La colazione a buffet offre una discreta scelta fra dolce e salato oltre alle consuete bevande ed è servita in un'ampia sala. Un po' di garbo in più e un pizzico di empatia al ricevimento non guasterebbero. Il tutto a un prezzo decisamente alto rispetto a quanto viene offerto.

Ambiente tranquilo e de fácil acesso com transportes públicos a porta. Capela Jardim lindo e bem conservado Quartos simples, espaçoso e super limpo. Pequeno almoço com muita variedade e qualidade. Stafff super simpático e atencioso Estadia agradável e para repetir 🤩😊
