Perfect location near the Vatican and 5 minutes away from metro. Very large room for 4 people. All the good information to leave our car at the car park. Warm welcomed by Danielle who explained everything. Good breakfast every morning. Amazing visit of San Pietro and the Dome without any queuing thanks to Alessandro detailed advices . Very friendly and view from the terrace on the last day. Definitely recommending this address.

Our stay at this gem of a bed and breakfast in Rome was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the warm and attentive hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They contacted me before my arrival to set up a meeting time. One of the owners is always on site in the morning to offer a delicious breakfast and to provide excellent local tips and personalized service, making our visit truly memorable. The rooms are clean and quiet. Ours had a stunning view of the Vatican that made every morning special. Their prime location between the Vatican and a subway station, allows easy access to major attractions while offering a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring the Eternal City. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone seeking a comfortable Roman experience with an incredible view and caring hosts.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The three owners each made for a personalized and welcoming experience. Our room was comfortable and efficient, with an unparalleled view of St Peter's Basilica. The location on Piazza del Risorgimento is convenient for visiting the Basilica, the Vatican Museums and many great shops and restaurants. Also not a bad walk to Piazza del Popolo and other destinations. The light breakfast was delightful (OMG, those croissants!).

The minute we stepped into this charming guesthouse, it felt like home. Our hosts Alessandro, Daniele, and Edoardo welcomed us like we were family. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in every way and always made themselves available to make our stay the best it could be. Communication before, during, and after our stay was exceptional while being personal regarding our questions and needs. Our room was a very cozy space, and we had everything we needed to be comfortable and content. There is a wonderful vintage lift so dealing with stairs is not an issue. Breakfast was very enjoyable and beautifully presented in the morning. Since our primary reason to visit Rome was to spend as much time at the Vatican as we could, the 5-minute walk to St. Peter’s Square was wonderful! The view of St. Peter’s Basilica right outside our window was amazing! Likewise, our view also looked out over the piazza which was full of activity. Our room was quiet thanks to being on the sixth floor and a strong window seal. As evening approached, the neighborhood was very quiet with almost no activity. Beyond being so close to St. Peter’s Square, the surrounding neighborhood is vibrant. There is a well-stocked grocery store just around the corner (the frig in the room was a perk for groceries), a bank across the street, and excellent restaurants, bakeries, gelato stores, shops, and more within an easy walking distance. We felt safe walking around even at night. Due to the B & B’s proximity to the Vatican, there was always a strong law enforcement presence to keep things monitored. Although we were there to be near the Vatican, this guesthouse was also very close to a multitude of sights by foot or taxi. We walked over the beautiful Tiber River to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and quaint neighborhoods. This review is already too long but the fact that we had planned to stay for three nights but ended up staying for eight nights stays it all! A Picture of Rome truly felt like home from the first time we stepped inside and know it will feel like home when we return. It was such an amazing experience, I will totally recommend it to anyone coming to Rome. The service was top quality, the rooms were big, clean and complete. Ours had a view of the Vatican and that was beyond amazing. I got recommended the best sites to visit but also the best restaurants around, totally worth it.

Excellent stay. Daniele messaged to ensure he could meet us on arrival. He explained how to access the rooms. He also gave us a map which he highlighted transportation and main tourist spots. Lift takes you straight up. Very quiet and clean. Breakfast was available and had delicious pastries. Air conditioning in the room along with fridge, tea/coffe and safe. Some restaurants next door and it was only a 5 minute walk to St Peter's Square. Highly recommend here
