Pangea

Me and my girlfriend recently spent a very pleasant 3 nights at the Pangea. Finding the hotel was fairly hard as there is no obvious sign from the street and it's just in a block of flats. Look for number 35 then on the telecom box you'll see Pangea. When we eventually got there we met Christiano. He is the owner of the apartments and was nothing but extremely welcoming, friendly and also very helpful when ever we needed him. We stayed in the 'Asia' room. It was the perfect place to come back to and relax. Very clean, comfy bed, great bathroom and shower and an amazing view. Breakfast was at a cafe just a stones throw away from the apartments. You help yourself to any pastry you like and then a drink. We had orange juice which was freshly squeezed in front of us. After breakfast we took a short walk to one of the two metro stations which are both within ten minutes (max) and take you all over Rome (get the 3 day pass for €16.50). If you go to Rome book a tour, it's well worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Rome, such a beautiful city and many places to see and places to eat amazing food. Christiano and the Pangea made the stay even better I strongly recommend it!!!

We spent 4 great nights at Pangea. The owner, Cristiano, is a very warm and helpful person with some great inside tips that will help you explore Rome. We got the America room, which has a balcony, so we enjoyed the privilege of eating breakfast on the balcony every morning. Although Pangea is not in the city center, it is only 5min walk to the Cornelia metro station, so the connection to all major sights and city centre is excellent. It is situated in a quite neighbourhood, with some restaurants (go visit Franky's just down the street!) and basic shops/groceries nearby. So if you're looking for a rather basic, but very clean place, situated in a quiet neighbourhoud and all that for a very reasonable price, Pangea is the place for you.

Minha namorada fomos viajar e Roma foi a última parada. Passamos 3 dias lá e ao longo de toda a nossa experiência com viagens, decidimos ficar no Pangea Guesthouse e foi uma das melhores escolhas que fizemos. O único pequeno problema que tivemos foi encontrar o bloco de apartamentos, mas uma vez que você o encontra, gasta apenas 5 minutos a pé do metrô e você pode ir direto para o centro de Roma, visitar as principais atrações, tudo em 20 minutos de metro . A equipe foi muito simpática e o quarto (ficamos no quarto da Europa) estava muito limpo e perfeitamente decorado perfeitamente. O café da manhã também foi muito agradável e fresco. A única coisa que não gostei muito, foi a pizzaria recomendada, ao virar a esquina da pousada. Cristiano também foi incrivelmente prestativo e até fez com que um táxi estivesse pronto para nos pegar bem cedo, para o nosso voo de volta.
