BDB Luxury Rooms San Pietro

It was a nice room, but very noisy. The walls are very thin. It’s a 30 min walk from the Vatican.

The room was clean and very comfortable, the check-in was easy, everything from bathrooms to balconies was well taken care of. The location was perfect for us and quiet for Rome. Most impressive was the responsive staff— they were friendly and helpful. Perfect stay!

Room was clean and nicely decorated but the website said it was near the termini train station, and it was a metro and bus ride and walk away, north of the Vatican. There was no communication ahead of the reservation about any specific access instructions but when we finally arrived (@6:30pm) there was no one answering the doorbell. Two angels, young women staying there happened to arrive and helped us contact the ‘host’. You needed what’s app, and internet and then you could get a code to open a lock box to get the keys (3) that the young ladies showed us which key went to which door. We never saw anyone from the rental. When the room was cleaned they did not replace the bath towel (which were great) so I needed to use two hand towels to dry. The hooks that appeared to be for hanging towels were two feet above my head. There was no breakfast. The coffee maker was fine but the second day there were no cups so I needed to use my water bottle cap. Luckily it was a small espresso. It was located in a neighborhood of apar**ents so it was not near restaurants or shops.

there was some confusion with check in finding the correct apar**ent and door, but room was clean, the bathroom could probably use a freshening up, comfortable stay and host was communicative by phone but did not meet host for check in or during stay. We would stay here again, not too far from city centre about 25 min walk.

Great location, fine for a short stay. Would return.

Tutto perfetto.. pulizia gentilezza della host. Niente di diverso di un hotel. La signora ha tenuto pure i bagagli dipo il check out. Tornerei quando riandrò a roma. Il check in si fa automaticamente quindi in tutti gli orari. Posizione facile per arrivare al centro.

Premetto che questo viaggio è stato fatto per motivi di salute. Il giorno di arrivo, via email avviso che arriveremo verso le 9:30/10. All’arrivo la stanza non è pronta in quanto ancora occupata, ma vabbè può capitare. Essendo un viaggio non di svago, abbiamo scelto questo posto per la comodità di avere l’angolo cottura.. L’angolo cottura non è altro che due fornelli ad induzione all’interno di un piccolo spazio creato a muro e coperto da una porta scorrevole.. non è possibile prepararci niente… anche perché a disposizione non si trovano padelle o pentole, solo qualche piatto, anche macchiato. La sera, stanchi dal viaggio cerchiamo disperatamente l’asciugacapelli, dopo averlo trovato ci rendiamo conto che i fili erano sporgenti e attaccandolo alla presa ha fatto una scintilla e non si è mai acceso. I giorni seguenti, la coppia di amici che era con me è andata in giro per Roma mentre io sono rimasta in camera in quanto stavo poco bene e sono stata rimproverata dalla ragazza delle pulizie perché “la camera deve essere libera alle 11 ogni giorno in quanto lei deve pulirla”. Morale della favola ha pulito le stanze con me dentro, il giorno seguente abbiamo rifiutato la pulizia. L’unica persona che si è vista durante il soggiorno è stata appunto la ragazza delle pulizie e nessun altro. Esperienza super negativa, non lo consiglio a nessuno.

premesso che difficilmente do un giudizio negativo su una struttura, sono ritornato dopo 10 anni dopo l'esperienza più che soddisfacente , ma credo che il tempo per loro si sia fermato ad allora. Dopo aver comunicato che sarei arrivato in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto e molto gentilmente mi hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli ed utilizzare il bagno di una stanza, sono cominciati i problemi. Camera consegnata dopo le 19.00 per un problema con la ditta delle pulizie . Ci è stata consegnata una stanza temporanea con un solo letto matrimoniale per 4 persone . Potevo passarci tranquillamente sopra visto che gli imprevisti possono capitare. Ma non appena entrati nella camera assegnataci abbiamo notato che la pulizia era molto superficiale e cosa più grave non c'era acqua calda . Ho sollecitato più volte la sera stessa ed il giorno dopo solo alle 18.30 è venuto il tecnico che ha appurato che la caldaia era ko. Sto ancora aspettando che il proprietario o chi per lui mi contatti quantomeno per scusarsi. in buona sostanza in 2gg con 40gradi non siamo riusciti a farci una doccia , Altro che terzo mondo per Roma è inconcepibile che una struttura pagata profumatamente non rispetti i suoi ospiti.

Struttura comodissima per accedere ad eventi allo Stadio Olimpico. Due belle camere da letto matrimoniali con bagno e l'angolo cottura, piu' che angolo due ante divise in cui trovare un lavandino per lavare le stoviglie e nell'altro la macchinetta del.caffe' con cialde (comprese). Non esiste un tavolo dove consumare un pasto, se non quelli in camera che fungono da scivania. Bastava un tavolino sui balconi e voila'. Il.wi-fi non funziona benissimo, anzi. Nel complesso credo che si trattidi una.struttura che abbisogna di un'attenta manutenzione (pile vecchissime all'interno del telecomando del decoder, lavandino otturato, guaina della doccia che si sta staccando, aria condizionata probabilmente scarica.)
