We booked these rooms by a very known site "book..."to spend the new year's eve in Rome. The location very quite and close (about 20' walking) to the center of Rome. The rooms were in a very bad situation & very dirty!! A guy that called "Mario", very helpful but he was there only in the morning. "Breakfast" as they call it, was starting at 08:30. Don't even think to dring a cup of coffee or tea before that time, because the coffee machine is closed. You have to wait the time that Mario will be there. Breakfast includes 1 croissant, butter and jam from the known supermarket 'Lidl", two types of orange juices, some cake also from the know supermarket and some apples but I don't know for how long are the same apples over there..... I forgot the yoghurt (please check the dates) also from the known supermarket. In order to use the toilet or to take a shower, I had to think about that twice. DIRTY...!! About the mattress, you have to tell him to change it because we had a big problem with the springs. In another words, don't waste your money over there!!

· Property was in a nice safe location, plenty of restaurants nearby serving nice Italian food. Property itself was also very safe with plenty of locked doors between the street and bedroom. Mario was also very pleasant. Disliked · There was quite a few things we did not like which have been iterated in previous reviews on ***********. Room did not look as advertised in the pictures. Firstly, the mattress in the room was quite uncomfortable; there was a lot of broken springs, it definitely needs replacing. We did not bother to complain as we weren't in the room a lot over the course of our three night stay. Secondly, the room could have been a lot cleaner. There was paint peeling around the roof of the main living space, there was black mould above the shower, the floors were quite dirty and you would definitely need to be wearing shoes or slippers to be walking around freely. Also, the fridge needs to be deep cleaned. The breakfast in the property was sub par, consisted of a mediocre coffee machine accompanied by stale croissants and stale bread/toast, definitely not what we were expecting. One thing we found strange was the fact that we had to pay Mario in cash even though it clearly states on *********** that the property accepts Visa and Mastercard. If we had known this in advance it would have been more convenient as it was quite difficult to find an ATM on a Saturday morning with a large amount of banks closed. All in all, we would not book with Mario again. At the time of booking, this property was rated a 9 plus, it has now come down to an 8.7 and we can see why.

Pasamos 4 noches en este hotel y un placer, tanto por el trato con Mario como la habitación. El trato al cliente es genial, y la habitación muy limpia como la climatización es excepcional. Volveríamos a repetir esta experiencia.

Questo piccolo bed and breakfast si trova in una posizione strategica per chiunque voglia visitare Roma. È a pochi passi dalla stazione Termini, da villa Borghese e dal centro storico, con la conseguente comodità di fermate metro e bus vicine per raggiungere i luoghi un po' più lontani per chi non ha voglia di camminare troppo (vaticano, trastevere...). La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa durante la notte. Le colazioni, con cornetto e torte fresche, sono deliziose. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.

Schimmel im Bad, übelst dreckiger Lüfter, minderwertige Ausstattung (bettfedern waren spürbar, alles billigstes Ikea Zeug und offensichtliche Gebrauchsspuren), Frühstück ist entgegen den Bildern nur 3 Zwieback in 2 eingepackte billig Supermarkt Milchbrötchen - anstelle von Croissants und Müsli ! Keine pflegeprodukte wie online ausgewiesen, sondern nur ein seifenspender. Siehe Fotos ! Außerdem sehr hellhörige Zimmer und ein leicht aufdringlicher Gastgeber, der einen privat kontaktiert ohne Einwilligung. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

L'albergo è ubicato in posizione strategica nelle vicinanze della stazione metro Barberini. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. Il simpatico Sig. Mario, host dell'albergo è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Buona anche la colazione. Ci torneremo senz'altro.
