地理位置優越，步行可到西班牙階梯，離購物街也就隔了三五分鐘。
服務還不錯，該有的都有。歡迎水果很多，夜床後玻璃礦泉水就放在床頭。有體重秤！這個很重要！
房間挺大的，帶露台可惜沒啥景色。不過頂樓露台bar景觀很不錯，遠眺聖彼得大教堂，喝杯酒很愜意。

剛剛入住有點失望，酒店很小，房間很小，門口街道很窄。樓頂露台是亮點，早餐晚餐都可以在露台解決。早餐不是自助，但是品質非常好。去景點和購物都在十分鐘走路距離。建議晨跑，景點人少，涼爽。

First time in Rome, on vacation with my wife, spent four nights at the First Roma Arte. The location of the hotel is excellent in relation to major sites, cafes, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. What set this boutique hotel apart was the friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional staff we encountered from the bell captains to the concierges to the restaurant and housekeeping staff. They seem to all share in the common goal of making guests feel welcome, they were all happy people and were proud of their hotel. We had a great time in Rome and they contributed to that overall experience. The breakfasts were very good and the work out room is modern and well maintained.

I was very pleased with the hotel and location. The roof top restaurant has great views and the service was very warm and friendly. They have a Michelin Star Restaurant on site, but you have to make advanced reservations. The rooms were lovely. We were upgraded into a junior suite. The junior suite had plenty of room adn the bed was super comfortable. Turn down service was very nice! The bathroom and shower were heavenly!!! Check in was very personal and everyone was so helpful. I definitely would go back again. Very charming and loved the location.

We recently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. All the staff are fantastic and provide exceptional service. The location is great within a few minutes walk of major attractions, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is well appointed bed, the room spacious and the bed comfortable. We were told the hotel is being renovated this winter. Great staff make this a great place to stay. Thank you.

Rome is not built in one day, for me it’s 4 days. First thought the trip like the normal one, Colosseo, Vatican, Borghese, Cathedrals, Piazzas and Fountains, but everything was ignited while met with The First Roma Arte. Patient introduction, elaborate arrangement, sumptuous breakfast, warm hospitality made these four days pleasant and joyful. From the best seafood restaurant, seasonal truffle and porchini, to bucattini, fetuccini, tagiolini and the best Margaret with marinara source, we’ve tried terrific cuisine. Not mention Gelato and Cappuccino. My stomach is still in Rome. Great and lucky to meet these people, Daniele, Jubair, Lisa, Flavio and those I don’t know their names, Marco has a wonderful team. This is the most memorable trip and experience that couldn’t forget. Thanks for all the arrangement. Just like the Roman poem says: Magnamo e Bevemo, Mo Che Ce Semo. We eat and we drink until we are here. No doubt taught by Lisa & Jubair. My best wish to all friends in The First Hotel, hope to be with you again. 非常棒的一家酒店，位置很好，干净舒适，早餐丰盛，服务很贴心，随时都可以联系服务人员，他们对罗马相当了解，会细心介绍并推荐和建议，不论游览行程还是品尝美食，都可以详细介绍并帮忙预订，和他们聊天非常愉快，很值得回味的一次旅行。

On the positive - The hotel staff is very professional. The location is central to everything in old Rome. For the balance , it was extremely disappointing - there is no chance this is a 5 star by any means . Lobby - very disappointing Room - stained carpets , unrefined furniture , looks like worn out IKEA. Hallways - not air conditioned on 5th Bathroom- Stained marble, bad decor. scale didn’t work , they fixed TV - didn’t work, they fixed
