Splendid view in the heart of Rome

Amazing stay Couldn't be happier...

Not so splendid Livia, the host, welcomed me and my husband upon check in. The property looked more run down than the pictures showed but not terrible. The sofas had blankets covering them, etc. I noticed a large stage outside the apartment and asked Livia about it. She was evasive and just said it was going to be taken down. Within one hour of arrival, extremely loud music starts onstage. This continued for the next 4 nights from 4:00 in the afternoon until midnight. The music was pop rock that was so loud you could not have a conversation in the apartment. Talking on the phone and watching TV was impossible, let alone get a nap or sleep before midnight. When I contacted Livia she admitted that the area was "unlivable". She then proceeded to ghost me once she realized I was not happy. This was a very expensive place to stay and I cannot recommend it. I would NOT stay there again.

Perfect location and residence This is located right in the middle of everywhere you will want to go! The host is superb, the accommodations superb, everything is superb! If I ever go to Rome again I will definitely stay here!

Lovely place for a couple to enjoy Rome! This is a wonderful one bedroom apartment in Rome. The location is great for walking to most of the major sights (Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, shopping etc.). The private balcony is large and perfect for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. This is an older, but well maintained building in Rome. The 100 year old elevator is small and interesting to operate. Not a problem, but what you would see in a old movie. The appliances are newer European models, but us Americans may need to Google instructions to figure them out i.e. washing machine/dryer. The bed was a little low with a thinner/softer mattress than I would prefer, but everything was neat and clean. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Rome.

Beautiful view! The balcony is definitely the highlight of this vrbo! Beautiful views! The park is a short walk away to see all of rome! Great location too! We were able to walk to everything! Hope we can come back one day!
