It’sq a good to be chosen for this suites as it is very clean and quality services provided. All the facilities were well-established, and the breakfast was excellent! Will be back if we are travel to Rome!

Located in a poor neighbourhood. Looks like lots of crime happening in the area as I witness people fighting near the hotel and police going around to check on local people. The environment is dirty and a lot of drunkens hanging around. The access to the room is difficult, need to go through security at the ground floor and they are off after 4pm. Try to call hotel through the door bell but no pick up. Very poor service. Even after getting into the apartment, is hard to locate the unit as there are no clear directions. We happens to have 3 big luggages and the lift cannot fit 2 people and our luggages. It is really very tiny and old lift which needs to manually close the lift door to operate. As there is no dinning space in the place, breakfast is being served to the room with very limited choice.

방 좋습니다. 넓고 발코니도 멋집니다. 건물은 로마가 다 그렇듯 조금 낡았습니다. 서비스는 훌륭합니다. 친절한 응대와 간단하지만 좋은 조식을 받았습니다. 위치는 중심부와 조금 떨어져있지만 8번버스 노선에 가까워서 문제되지 않았습니다.

Great place to explore Rome. Nearby station for the airport. If you like to walk its about 45 minutes to centro storico. Comy and clean room in an appartment building. The bathroom is also very spacious. Lots of places to eat nearby. Definitely checkout the recommandations of the host!

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was lovely and clean and well presented. The staff are excellent and were always helpful and answered all the questions we had. At first I thought I should have stayed somewhere more central, but I'm glad we stayed here. The tram stop was outside and within 8 stops you were in central Rome. It felt like we were more with the locals rather than the tourists. Plus there was some great places nearby. One of the best restaurants we ate at while we were there was 5 minutes away. There was a great gelato place over the road. It's a short trip (11 minute walk) to a great local market which has some great produce if you fancy a snack or a picnic. Trastevere train station is a simple 7 minute walk away so you can get here easily from the airport if you want a day trip out. I enjoyed my stay and I would go back.

Very beautiful stay for me and my wife’s honeymoon, staff was very friendly and just a simple text away if we needed anything! Parking wasn’t difficult as a foreigner. We had an early morning flight and was going to miss breakfast so they prepared us one in our room the day before! I think the lower reviews are people expecting a grand hotel when this is a very cute bed and breakfast. We loved our stay and would return whenever we make it back to Italy!

Everything is perfect! Super Clean, Breakfast is good, I love the Led Lights on the bathroom❤️❤️❤️ We really had a great stay! the staff are absolutely helpful❤️ we will surely stay here again🫶🏼 I will definitely recommend this place!!!

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The location was ideal—just a short walk to public transportation (bus at 3 min walk and a train station at 5 min), which made getting around the city quiet convenient. We booked the family room-- the beds were comfortable, and there was also a small terrace attached to the room for breakfast. The breakfast's choices was quite good. They had coffee, juice, yogurt, croissant, cereal and small sandwich that we can order just by filling a form and putting it in front of the door. The staff were very friendly, Giselle helps us a lot by giving us some recommendation on restaurants and neighborhood to visit. I'll definitely recommend it to friends and family!! Thanks again~

The room & bathroom are impeccably maintained. Clean white linen which I’m particular about. The check in was smooth and the place easy to find. Giselle was super helpful with everything and kind enough to keep me company while I waited for my friends to join. She was always ready with a smile to answer any of our questions. The room had everything we could need and the breakfast was good.

Amazing place, with amazing HOSTS. It´s a 10/10 experience all the way!!! Highly recommended. They bring you breakfast every morning, help you understand the city, help with the travel for the airport. Everything you need, they are ready to help

We definitely recommend it!!! They have high standards and they tough about the smallest details! Very clean and hygienic! Great location - 2 min walk from the tram and 5 min walk from the train! Friendly and helpful stuff - Gave us some great locations tips!

We loved everything about this place. The room was beautiful and spacious. Great bathroom. The location is great. Giselle helped us so much with arriving and getting a taxi on the way out. Breakfast in the balcony was such a lovely treat. We will come back for sure. Grazie!!!
