Although this hotel has the potential to be great, it was a great delusion.
The location is excellent, but the hotel is on. The first floor and the lift/elevator doesn’t work properly and it’s quite small. So if you are travelling with a big luggage, it’s not the hotel for you.
The room wasn’t big but it made do, the main issue was that it was falling apart. It feels like they’ve put a fresh coat of paint and thought none noticed the cigarettes left by the previous occupants, the broken door on the balcony, the soap provided only for one guest, the bathroom that it’s breaking up, all the plugs that were not inserted, the A/C not working, etc etc.
We will most definitely not be coming back.

Great area, close to Repubblica Metro station, however easily walkable to Trevi etc. Check in was easy, the young lady at the reception explained everything to us. Although we had only one night there, we had all that we needed. Room was clean. And we even were allowed to leave our luggage to take later in the evening. The area has a lot of restaurants close-by, and bars where you can take a drink and just relax. We wouldnt complain about anything, just one tip. When you are searching for the main door, just notice that it is a big palazzo, and the name of the hotel is at the entrance, near the door bell. Just be careful to see it:) otherwise everyting was nice and lovely. WIll recommend it.

Went and stayed here Wednesday and Thursday when our flights were cancelled as a last minute booking, and we loved it. The staff were attentive, friendly, approachable and couldn’t do enough for us and the room was modern, clean and spacious. The air con worked well, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was lovely. The shower was especially nice! The hallway also had a lovely air freshener so it smelt amazing too. We would absolutely love to go again if we find ourselves back in Rome, would recommend!!

Fantastic hidden gem. Brilliant facilities with lovely staff and perfect location for exceptional prices. Only complaint it was a little noisy but nothing crazy. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again if I ever return to Rome.

non ci sono parole perche',se non fosse per la cordialita' e la cortesia del personale in accettazione, la camera era una trappola con tutto il pavimento disconnesso.Il bidet ballava mentre,se si usava la doccia,i rischi di allagamento erano certi

Hotel situato in un condominio, in un ottima posizione a 10 minuti da tutte le principali attenzioni. Hotel senza grosse pretese, dove non esiste colazione alla mattina. Camere che ci sono state date alle 11 senza nessuna spiegazione, ma ben pulite e silenziose. Personale alla reception gentilissimo. Se cercate un punto d'appoggio per poi girare e solo per una notte va bene. Altrimenti virate altrove

Camera piccolissima, bagno fatiscente, finestra senza scuri né imposte né tapparelle, condizionatore non funzionante, dotazione per la colazione ridicola in un locale angusto (siamo andati in un bar vicino), isolamento acustico inesistente (cucina di un locale sottostante rumorosa fino a tardi), nemmeno un bagno a disposizione dei clienti tra checkout e ritiro bagagli. Il tutto per 220 € a notte. Sicuramente ho dimenticato qualcosa, ma penso che basti. Fate un po' voi...
