The apartment was fine except for the toilet when we had a shower it would come up and flood the bathroom my daughter reported it but nothing was done I think the people that did the work for them must have been Gerry builders or they took it on themselves otherwise a good fortnight

One of the friendliest hotels we have ever been in, staff and guests alike. Felt like you were with family. Gorgeous quiet pool, so clean and relaxing chilled music. This hotel is just a few minutes walk away from the lovely centre of Roda which was great.

A great hotel, lovely clean rooms, and continental breakfast included. Amazing pool and pool bar. What makes it more special are the amazing staff! Sarka the owner is very friendly and always helpful, helping to book trips and very informative. The staff, Georgia who runs reception in the evening and Maria who runs the hotel bar are so friendly and love to chat and make you feel so welcome. A big shout out to our wonderful Desi who runs the pool bar. Amazing at her job and always good fun and happy to chat and makes great cocktails! Missing you already! Also a big thank you to Dimitris (pool snack bar) makes yummy food, great portions and very tasty! It’s a wonderful place to stay. Our 4th time and can’t wait to book again! Tip: Book direct and everything is then included I.e. air con/safety deposit box/hairdryer and private transfer - much cheaper to do this way. Sarka is very quick to respond. Yes the bathrooms are basic but this is what Greece is like, please do not let this put you off staying here as the rooms are lovely and clean.

I had a great holiday in Roda at the Pegasus. Room and balcony at front of hotel was comfortable. Georgia at reception booked me 2 boat tours, great sightseeing with swim opportunities. All reception staff hotel staff, all friendly helpful. Lovely breakfast. The pool is wonderful here, good music and atmosphere. Thank you to all I hope to return, like the other returning guests.

The positives are the location as it's only a short walk on the main Roda ***** and around 10 mins to be on the beach. The pool bar server was amazing, friendly and she couldn't do more for guests. The main pool kitchen chef made some incredible lunches and was always considerate. The main downside was one member of staff (who I believe was the owner). Zero customer service. I experienced and overheard lacklustre and rude interactions with guests. Why he does anything customer facing is beyond me because it's clear he despises it. Also, breakfast is disappointing. Served 8-9:30am meaning no lie in if you want to eat. And when you do crawl out of bed, it's mainly stale pastries, bread and cereal. There are 2 'hot' options each day with 1 being baked beans everyday. It's a sad choice for breakfast and considering it's the only meal they include in the price, you'd hope they improve it. Loungers were easy to come by. The pool is a great size. Large beer was around 4 euros with cocktails being 8 euros. They do offer table tennis for free but pool tables require coins. No entertainment and the activity facilities need improvement

Lovely hotel, fabulous pool with no fighting for sunbeds and umbrellas. Breakfast is continental so tended to go out to a local pub that served full English etc. Rooms were fine and mattress was surprisingly very comfortable. Reception will book activities for you, ie horse trekking with Pegasus Horse trekking (not connected as far as i know), which is also highly rrcommended. Would definitely return.

As soon as we stepped into the lovely grounds with this wonderful pool greeting us, we felt at home. We had a 1st floor studio room facing the front with a balcony. It was well equipped for self catering holiday which we had not done for years. There were always plenty of sun beds. Room cleaned every day and grounds were well kept. Short walk to shops, bars, restaurants and bus stop. Roda was charming. George, Adonis and Nikos were wonderful hosts, as was Grandma. Although we only ate there on the day we left, other guests said the food had been delicious and very reasonably priced. 7 days flew by and we were sorry to leave. Great cocktail, if only I could have had a few more. May be next time.

This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The owners George Adonis and Nicos are fantastic hosts, engaging ,helpful and very friendly. The pool area has plenty of beds and no madness of bigger hotels I have stayed at before. Location is excellent for a 5 minute walk into the centre of Roda.This is a little oasis. Thanks for a great holiday

Had the best two weeks at this hotel!!! We were 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 & 6. Hotel: Ideal location, very clean and well run. Staff always friendly and helpful. The hotel is very traditionally Greek and has a lovely charming feel to it. Rooms; We stayed in a family room, which was small and basic, but adequate. The little fridge was handy and the cleaners did a wonderful job each day. Aircon was 8 euro a day, a little pricey but did a fabulous job. The balcony overlooking the pool was very pleasant. Breakfast: Basic breakfast of cereals, toast cheese, meat and pastries with two warm options of beans or omelettes etc and you could make boiled eggs. We made cheese toasties in the toast machine most days. Pool: The pool was the best feature of this hotel! So large and you could ALWAYS find a lounger in a nice spot (no getting up at 7am to put your towels down necessary at all!!) The pool bar was reasonably priced and the young lady that works it is a true credit to the hotel. So friendly and engaging with the guests. Local Area: The hotel is 5-10min walk from everything with a small supermarket right across the road. Roda is a lovely area with so many little bars and restaurants that are reasonably priced and family friendly. The beach was beautiful and very calm waters. There a lovely little gift shops along the streets and you can book water sports, quad biking and excursions locally. We have loved the hotel and Roda so much that we have booked already to come again next year!! Can’t wait!! It’s been absolutely fantastic!! Well done and thank you! (I hate pointing out the only negative but there are no courtesy shower facilities after checking out unless you pay to keep your room. This needs addressing as guests having to cold shower outside by the pool and get ready for the airport in the lobby is not comfortable and also gives a bad impression for new guests arriving to the hotel the same time)
