The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and microwave. The house has an outdoor dining room with awning and fan in the terrace to enjoy the sunny days and long summer nights of the Mediterranean. Clean towels and bed linen are provided.
The house is part of a very well maintained and quiet family urbanization that has a community area of 4,000 square meters with a beautiful clover-shaped pool with a delimited area for children.
