Great Spot. Nice Pool. Very Clean. Responsive staff. Awesome price. Simple, no nonsense. I didn't care for the tv remote, and there was no ice maker. It did have a fridge with an ice tray or two, so you may want to make some ice as soon as you get there, or grab some ice on the way there. Had a good stay!

This hotel is affordable and very clean. Room was very spacious. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby. We had no problem with parking close by the harbor such a beautiful place. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

On a whim (we live about an hour away), we decided to stay a night in downtown Rockport. We pulled into a couple of places, asked to see a room, and chose this place. It was very clean and comfortable - we have no complaints except perhaps that they need a blind behind the curtain or some better way to block the security lights in the parking lot from the rooms at night.

I stayed here all winter, the rooms were just remodeled, large, very clean, and the nicest family recently bought this motel. If you are a winter Texan, you couldn't go wrong here, way better than spending 4 months in a RV. I will be back in November.

This Motel is currently under new management, and they are doing a great job at remodeling and making it a comfortable, affordable place to stay! We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and have booked a room again for this weekend!!
