Great place for anyone using the Mayo Clinics...nice, big rooms, comfortable beds, microwave & small fridge for extended stay needs. Very good breakfast. Only negative was the super LOW toilet.

Decent hotel with pool and hot tub. Nice breakfast, clean room.

Everything about our stay was great. Front desk staff was so friendly at check in. The hotel was very nice and clean and our room went above our expectations. Great breakfast as well. I can’t say enough good about this place.

There were no toppings for the oatmeal. I just used maple syrup instead. The elliptical in the gym was awesome.

The property was excellent. The only drawback for us, because we stayed several nights, was that there are no restaurants within walking distance.

We loved the entire experience! Even though it was cold outside the ground and the view were beautiful. The room was clean and very comfortable which was perfect for mom’s surgery at Mayo.

Going to Rochester for Christmas shopping, I found this location to be a good choice- very close to Apache Mall and it helped that I figured out the location on a map before I left. The breakfast was always good, and I enjoyed having a whirlpool tub in my room. The one thing that was frustrating was trying to figure out the heating unit in my room. It always seemed like I had cool air blowing, which wasn't good because I woke up one morning feeling that I was catching a cold. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable time at this location.

No issues or complaints about this hotel, everything was great!
