Terrible Experience Contacted the day before by owner to say property I booked a year ago was now not available as someone else was in it and he blamed VRBO for not syncing properly. He offered what he said was identical which we had to accept as the whole town of Rochester was booked out for the PGA so we had nowhere else to go. The property was not identical, it was far from the images shown of the property we were supposed to stay in and all the beds were smaller. The property was was dirty verywhere, sticky surfaces, tacky cabinet doors in the kitchen, rotten food left in the fridge and electrical wiring hanging out everywhere and a security alarm that beeped our entire stay that could be turned off by the owner. I had to clean the toilet before I could use it as it had urine stains and hairs stuck under the rim. The house can only be described as unfinished and filthy. The area is run down and we were told by multiple drivers unsafe. Would never stay here again and recommend everyone stay away

Great stay Really enjoyed our stay here. We had a family reunion of sorts and it was a great house for us with plenty of room for eight adults and two young children. Good location-close to the city. The owner was very responsive and friendly.
