這次訂房因為是在中阿論壇期間,房價真的很高…可能單價比較貴稱得房間沒那麼值,並未到期待值以上。當然酒店本身是好的

We visited Mandarin Oriental Riyadh for Iftar with family, expecting a premium experience given the hotel’s reputation and elegant ambiance. And while the setup was undeniably beautiful and thoughtfully arranged, sadly, that’s where the positives ended. The quality of the food was far below expectations — lacking in flavor, freshness, and attention to detail. It simply didn’t match the standard one would expect from such a prestigious name, especially during a significant occasion like Ramadan. The service was also lacking: slow, inattentive, and disorganized. We felt more like we were at a rushed buffet than a refined gathering. Unfortunately, the hospitality — a core part of any Iftar experience — just wasn’t there. It’s disappointing because Mandarin Oriental has a global name for excellence. This felt more like style over substance, and we left feeling underwhelmed. Hopefully, they take this feedback to heart and make improvements — Riyadh deserves better from a brand like this.

I used to enjoy this hotel in the past but unfortunatly thr quality have dropped, the basics of getting a house keeping service isnnot there, reminders to clean the room, no fresh towels, we used the same over two days, and no shampoo refill for two days, I was in an executive suite that costed a lot of money! With no service

Exactly what you expect from a world class luxury hotel - Spa, gym, restaurants, people are flawless. The interior is like magic. Everything seems completely new and at high service level. No outdoor pool - but superb indoor spa, swim and training.

I didn’t stay in the hotel but I accessed their spa services only. I had a massage which was wonderful but the wash and blow dry was a nightmare. I left before the hair service was completed because the young woman assigned to me clearly dust know basic hair care or hair dressing techniques . Not only that but she could understand English . She didn’t know how to use hair rollers, didn’t know how to use large clips , she didn’t know how to flatiron and follow with a brush . I had to get her supervisor in 3-4 x to explain to her what I wanted. At the end of the day I didn’t get the big bouncy blow dry that ashes fur. I gave and left as she kept doing things I asked her not to do. Also on another note, after I had my massage I packed the front desk boss if I could tip the masseuse . She said that I could if I wished . I said I would like to give her the equivalent of an hour of pay as a tip . Front desk boss says “ she earns 720 SR’s per hour”. This was the cost of the whole service so I said “I don’t think so”. I ended up not leaving a tip because I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me as a Westerner. I think front desk boss needs to train their hair stylist s better and to be more ethical in their dealings with clients

I had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Riyadh. The service was exceptional—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. The hotel's design is elegant yet modern, with an efficient layout that made everything easily accessible. I was also very impressed by the dining options: a great variety of high-quality restaurants with excellent food and ambiance. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

Not the finest experiences I would have expected given the price and luxury feel of the hotel. My concerns were that incorrect food was delivered when I ordered room service. Unfortunately this was much more of an issue than it should have been as a type 1 diabetic, I had injected insulin for me food, but it arrived incorrect, so they re-made it, overall taking 1 hour 10 minutes for a burger! By the time it arrived, I was feeling terrible, having a low blood sugar that has now left me literally dead. I will feel terrible for a few days now because of this. I am trying to contact and see the manger about this, been waiting for 20 minutes for so Some to arrive, but no one is here to see me. The hotel and rooms are excellent, the lifts are super slow, as is everything else here. So be prepared to be patient. Breakfast is good. The gym is average, pool nice. I would have given a 4 start rating, but given their mistake almost killed me, it must be a 2 start.

The Mandarin Oriental in Riyadh was, hands down, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. This is a lot for me to say, since Saudi was my 65th visited country. The staff were truly amazing and were always there to help you out in every way possible. When asking where something is, they will not tell you … they will personally bring you there. Even if it is in one of the other buildings. It is easy to see that the management places service as a number one priority. As you wander around the hotel you will notice that every section is carefully designed and offers a new interesting feature to please the eye. Now, of course, the dining. On our first evening we had dinner in the Al Faisaliah tower in “The Globe” restaurant. Of course, we did enjoy the stunning views of the city on the observation deck before dinner. We selected the sampler meal with the cocktail matching which was very exquisite. The main dishes were the Chilean Salmon and the Australian lamb. The meal finishes off with a rich hazelnut chocolate dessert. For breakfast and dinner the following day we went for the buffet selections at “The Brasserie” which is located in the main building, The selections for both meals would take too long to describe here. From delicious Lebanese cuisine to a selection of Chinese, Italian and, naturally, traditional Arabic foods, there is something for everyone. The food is laid out with such detail and interesting placements … almost like a museum of food. The rooms are luxurious and, again, very stylish and detailed. From the heated toilet seats that open up when you enter and night lights that follow your movements when you are up late, they seem to have everything covered. The rooms are kept meticulously clean and well stocked with free water (and chocolates) several times a day. In the unlikely event that you do run out of something you can call your personal butler and he will be there quickly to provide what you need. The beds are large and comfortable and have all the pillows you could possibly need. The hotel has the usual spa and workout facilities and has pretty much everything you could want. There are, however, separate spa and gym facilities for men and women so if you are there with a spouse, you will be working out by yourself (consider this your alone time). So there you have it. If you are ready to feel pampered and well taken care of and are looking for a truly luxurious experience then you have to look no further than “The Mandarin Oriental Hotel” in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Expensive. Excellent service and great rooms. Good location right on the King Fahd Library metro stop. Suites are impressively sized and come with a butler. Le Brasserie offers a great breakfast buffet. The dinner buffet is good though expensive for what is offered. The gym is modern and quite big. The pool is 16m and usable for swimmers. Overall this is a very good hotel.

Horrible experience at this hotel that does not qualify for a “mandarin oriental”! My PA booked me for a work trip. I was put in a “suite” where i had to cross a restaurant and a building lobby to reach to. The room was the weirdest shape I have ever seen, there was a continuous noise of machinery that did not stop. When I complained to reception, they just said “we are fully booked” we dont have other options….l will definetly not recommend this property

Well, it was very good stay for us. We came for the boxing match and apart from 1-2 shortcomings we had a great stay. The service from the concierge team was excellent(after going over twice to confirm that everything was set up accordingly regarding transfer to and from the boxing venue). The room service was good. Again very small shortcomings. The set up of our executive suite (additional bed for our daughter was not done on the first day, even through we requested it and came back late in the evening, we had to call the team to come with the extra bed- then was done quickly :-))....So apart from those couple of things we had very good stay. The excursion organised by the Concierge team was excellent(Edge of the World), so if you want to do it with them you wouldnt be disappointed. Considering everything, we would definitely return back to Riaydh and stay again at MO.
